Unfortunately, as happens for business reasons, all it takes is a little publicity that you were the pizza chef of Sanremo and then everyone rushes to eat a pizza that in my opinion is not superior to others.
Good but not exceptional, I have eaten better and not necessarily in Naples.
People don't savor they swallow without paying attention to details!!!
Each with their own palate nothing spectacular or unforgettable!
Dear ...but you pay for the advertising clearly visible at the entrance.

Excellent restaurant near Lake Pergusa. The food served is all of quality and local. The place is very busy, the hand-painted cart wheels on the wall are beautiful! Kind and discreet staff, compliments to the two waiters who served an entire room with professionalism. A small note, serving children on time without making them wait too long is always appreciated, I understand the amount of intense work but an adult can wait, they rightly can't. This is absolutely not a criticism but advice. Thanks for your hospitality, I will definitely be back to try the pizza!

Excellent pizza and friendly staff. When asking for one tiramisu to share, they even gave us a bigger piece than normal. Super nice! The tiramisu was very tasty by the way, so keep room for dessert!

Risto/pizzeria storica di Pergusa, aperta dal 1973, in una delle vie parallele al Lago omonimo, pregna di una clientela autoctona.
Locale spartano, nel quale le mura, sono state lasciate al loro stato architettonico originale,dando un tono da osteria di paese, con riminiscenze post modern.
Cucina nel corpo distaccato alla struttura medesima, dove troviamo un'ottima esposizione di carni frollate pregiate.
Menù corposo di piatti tipici siciliani, e una vasta scelta di pizze semplici, particolari o elaborate, loro punto di forza.
Notevole cantina, con un'esposizione a mo di caveau, molto interessante.
Servizio per nulla preparato, svogliato ed altalenante.
Defaillances avvenute:
- il metodo classico scelto, non è stato fatto gustare, come si impone.
- il sunglass è stato sollecito e non uscito dopo la sboccatura.
- piatti usciti al pass per nulla descritti al momento dell'arrivo al tavolo ,in particolare, il tagliere di salumi e formaggi, non ha avuto la dettagliata spiegazione a quali salumi appartenessero, con uno sbaglio, nel momento in cui si citava un presunto speck, quando invece era capocollo,nota di ignoranza in materia.
Spiacevole serata, perché conclusasi, con un tremendo diluvio, e con una perdita preesistente dal tetto, la quale ha bagnato il mio posto e il mio trench.
Nessuna scusa palesata, indice di totale appeal nei confronti del cliente, soprattutto straniero
Rapporto qualità prezzo nella norma contestualizzata.

Historic restaurant/pizzeria in Pergusa, open since 1973, in one of the streets parallel to the lake of the same name, full of native customers.
Spartan place, in which the walls have been left in their original architectural state, giving the tone of a village tavern, with post modern reminiscences.
Kitchen in the building detached from the structure itself, where we find an excellent display of fine matured meats.
Full-bodied menu of typical Sicilian dishes, and a vast choice of simple, particular or elaborate pizzas, their strong point.
Remarkable cellar, with a vault-like display, very interesting.
Service not at all prepared, listless and fluctuating.
Defaillances occurred:
- the classic method chosen was not "tasted" as per professional practice.
- the sunglass was prompt and not released after disgorgement.
- dishes that came out at the pass were not described at all upon arrival at the table, in particular, the platter of cold cuts and cheeses did not have a detailed explanation of which cured meats they belonged to, with a mistake when an alleged speck was mentioned , when instead it was capocollo, a note of ignorance on the subject.
An unpleasant evening, because it ended with a terrible downpour, and with a pre-existing leak from the roof, which wet my seat and my trench coat.
No obvious excuses, an indication of total appeal towards the customer, especially foreigners
Value for money in the contextualized norm.
