Very nice location, I had a very good hot appetizer, everything fresh.
Then I had a lovely pizza with the special dough recommended by the waiter, very good and very light, then a homemade dessert, everything excellent, I'll be back.

At Carlotta in Villa, we had one of the best pizzas of the season: crispy and fluffy, made with a dough made with stone-ground flour and no yeast, making it extremely light and easy to digest. Excellent, high-quality ingredients. Highly recommended. We'll be back to try the couscous, another of the restaurant's signature dishes. The service was excellent, and the owners were extremely kind and welcoming.
