We returned to Carlotta in Villa last night. We tried the lemon croquettes (spectacular) and the Tunisian bricks (delicious). This time I tried the pizza, with a special dough, which was very light and easily digestible, with quality ingredients. My wife and daughter confirmed their choice of meat and fish couscous, which I also tried, very seasoned with an excellent broth.

We had an aperitivo before dinner, which I love, but there's rarely the opportunity or availability. The pizza dough was truly excellent, light and easy to handle, as anticipated by the owner Vincenzo. My Carlotta pizza was truly good and tasty. Excellent value for money.

At Carlotta in Villa, we had the excellent potato croquettes recommended by the owner as an appetizer, along with naturally leavened pizzas. The staff were friendly and professional, and the place was intimate and clean. Excellent experience.

I visited this restaurant for dinner during a business trip. The dining room is small but very intimate and well-kept. The first night, I ordered a Tunisian brik and grilled swordfish with spinach. I returned the second night because the owner advertised his couscous with lamb and falafel. Simple and authentic cuisine with delicious dishes, full flavors, and the freshest ingredients. Generous portions to satisfy even the most hungry palates. Rosario, the waiter, was a delight to be around, well-spoken, and extremely polite. The bill was absolutely in line with the quality of the products served and the generous portions. Definitely the place to feel at home when away from home. Highly recommended.

First time at this restaurant We ordered Tunisian brick, falafel balls, and then fish and meat couscous. The quality of these Tunisian dishes made me feel like I was in Tunisia. I recommend trying it for anyone who loves couscous.

Exceptional place, we stumbled upon it by chance and stumbled upon a treasure. The chef and staff were incredibly kind, not to mention the couscous with flavorful vegetables and melt-in-your-mouth meat. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back!!!
