We had three meals at this place during our two night stay at lake Idro. The pizza (north Italian style) is amazing and the pasta is also fantastic. If we ever return, we will definitely have many pizzas (again). One thing to note is that they do not serve pizza for lunch.

I wanted to lower the average, because in my opinion the place doesn't deserve such a high rating. The pizza was good, but nothing exceptional, the place very simple, even if unique, the desserts were fortunately homemade. The tiramisu had a creamy sauce that was too fatty and I didn't like it, and the cake I ate was "tenerina" in flavor, good and unique. But I was misled by the description, because it seemed like it was accompanied by a cream (which would have made it delicious), instead there were only four lines on the plate for decoration.

Delicious food. We went for lunch and tried both starters, main courses, and desserts. Nothing to complain about. Pasta with hare and wild boar stew and polenta was delicious. The homemade cakes were also delicious. The staff were extremely kind and friendly. Gessica was very knowledgeable and knowledgeable. The price was perfect for the quality of the food and service. We'll definitely be back.

A wonderful discovery in a small village on Lake Idro! In addition to the delicious, traditional yet exquisitely prepared dishes, the restaurant also offers excellent homemade desserts made by Gessica, the owner. The attention and care she pays to the local products is spectacular. The service is impeccable; you feel welcomed by the owner, who always has a smile and is ready to explain and describe each dish! Highly recommended, especially for tourists who want to try typical dishes from the Val Sabbia tradition! Thank you for the experience!

23/07/2025: Really the Best Restaurant in the whole area of Salò! We know this family restaurant since years now. Paula, Stefano and their very friendly team doing their very best so you can feel very well there. Best original food quality and a great collection of regional and national Italian wines. Very frequented and beloved by couples and also by families. Great quality and the right prices!! Just a few metres from the lake. Open almost the whole year and it's always better to make a reservation before. Grazie ragazzi
14/07/2025: Really nice restaurant. Located second row from the water, but that doesn't matter because the food and service are top notch at definitely reasonable prices. If you have to sit outside, you have to remember to order, but still - excellent food

09/08/2025: An amazing fermented food restaurant!! We made a reservation because we were interested in the fermented food menu using koji. We had three people for lunch. The ingredients were organic and of high quality, so we were assured of their quality. The menu only had 7- or 10-course meals. Every dish was amazing! We learned a lot about the unique and unconventional use of koji, the key ingredient in Japanese fermented foods. The shabu-shabu, made with koji, herbs, and aromatics, was also incredibly delicious. 😋✨ To be honest, some of the dishes were a bit off-putting, but most had complex, deep flavors that were hard to imagine from their appearance. You could really tell that a lot of effort went into their preparations. The bread was also incredibly delicious! The kombucha was elegant! Everything was handmade and made with organic ingredients, so the value for money was excellent!! The only downside was that many of the dishes were unpopular with children.
