Al Cardo In Pinzolo

Excellent cuisine and beautifully presented dishes! Very friendly staff. We had a great time again today, August 15th.

We've been frequenting this restaurant for years now, and it never disappoints. Located in the center of Pinzolo, it offers the convenience of private parking right in front. It has spacious and characteristic interiors, as well as ample outdoor space. The cuisine offers traditional and non-traditional dishes of excellent quality, not to mention the pizza made with spectacular dough. The service is standard and the staff friendly. I recommend making a reservation.

We waited over an hour and a half for our pizza. After eating our first course, our order had been pre-ordered together. Pizzas were being served to those who arrived after us. We paid and left.

We visited the venue with my wife to have an evening meal. My wife took gnocchi with pear and I took a pizza. Both dishes were nice, but not exceptional. Gnocchi were decent, but there was not enough pear to fully enjoy the flavor. The pizza was good, with high quality toppings, but no oomph either. Solid, I would visit again.

We arrived there by chance, on the road to Madonna di Campiglio A little old place but very good and light pizza. Price normal.

Both the regular and gluten-free pizza are excellent. Courteous staff, attentive service.

Visitado aquí durante las vacaciones en Pinzolo. Este restaurante está constantemente ocupado, así que reserve con anticipación para garantizar que será atendido. Pedí Capriolo e Funghi con Polent di storo (guiso de venado servido con setas y polenta). Fue de lejos la mejor comida que tuve durante mi viaje. El venado estaba perfectamente cocinado y era encantador y tierno y cocinado en un guiso muy rico y sabroso por 18 euros. También pedí 0. 5 ltrs de Merlot por unos 7 euros, que era fantástico valor. Para el desierto fui por Gelato alle Creme con Frutti di Bosco e Panna montata y no me decepcionó. Al salir el barman me enfrascó en una conversación y habló sobre escalada en la zona y muy amablemente me ofreció un trago de Grappa en la casa. Sin duda volvería aquí. Muy recomendable.

Went to find a pizzeria for lunch. Slightly further away from town centre but what a find. Excellent pizza diavola and prosciutto, generous size and well made. The extra 200m from town centre is well worth it.
