Al Capolinea In Sarzana

Let's start with the peculiarities that some people might not like: don't expect a menu with a slew of pizza types. They serve Margherita and farinata pizzas, plus other deli specialties (savory pies, etc.). That said, the pizza is spectacular. The mozzarella is soft, whereas in practically every other pizzeria I find it rubbery. The pizza is pan-baked, and I really like it. It's both soft and crispy, and even the crust is a pleasure to eat. The farinata pizza is wow. When I'm in Sarzana, I'll tend to eat here 😁.
