Brought by a friend we tasted the cuisine. Excellent and substantial, the spelled ravioli with mushrooms and the mushroom and truffle fettuccine are worthy of praise. The meat is good and well cooked. Also worth highlighting is the friendliness and courtesy of the owner who served us. Perhaps the atmosphere is a bit '80s style, I would see it as more rustic given the dishes and the cuisine. However Passed 100/100.

If you are celiac I recommend the restaurant at Cantone. Wide choice on the menu from appetizers (including bruschetta) to dessert. For me it's a guarantee.

Partecipando al raduno di auto d'epoca, nonostante il gruppo numericamente consistente, unito ad un altro anch'esso numeroso, voglio fare i complimenti sia per la gestione che per la qualità offerta. Grazie a tutto il personale che ha prontamente risposto ad ogni nostra richiesta con cortesia e gentilezza. E grazie anche ai cuochi.

We went to this restaurant on Saturday evening 10 August 2024 to celebrate my daughter's baptism. The restaurant is very elegant at the same time welcoming. Excellent cuisine, abundant dishes, excellent welcome also from the dining room staff ready to satisfy every need with a smile

First courses very good and plentiful. Fabulous beef steak. We had 3 first courses, a steak, kebabs, potatoes, 1 liter of coke, fresh water and coffee, spending €50. We will be back

19/11/2024: I think I simply ate the best pasta dish of my life. Spectacular miller in the Ventricina style, with top quality products. A very welcome peculiarity: the menus indicate all the local origins of the products, which are, obviously, first choice. Plus super generous portions from starter to dessert. Chapeau!
04/11/2024: Nice place in the charming village of Campo di Giove. You can eat anything, including traditional kebabs. Excellent draft beer, always from Abruzzo, wood-fired oven, good combination of ingredients on the pizza, perhaps the dough needs to be revised a little, still recommended

La Locanda del Carrettiere

31/12/2024: The true "Abruzzo inn". Immersed in the greenery and tranquility typical of our villages, the Locanda del Carrettiere offers simple but at the same time refined cuisine with excellent quality ingredients. The menu is very well looked after, the staff are friendly and helpful, the service is fast and the location is very suggestive. Furthermore, there is the possibility of staying overnight on site just as they used to do in the past. Recommended for a business lunch if you are in the area.
08/12/2024: Very good dinner of excellent quality starting from the starter to the first courses and the meat, even the service, I must say the staff were kind and friendly, the price was fair in my opinion, I would also add a positive note to the cleanliness of the place! I highly recommend it!!
