New Year's Eve fixed menu with wine included we thought it was an excellent proposal....it's a shame that there was plenty of water, wine, a glass of bubbles when we arrived. We arrived with appetizers and a bottle of Chardonnay, that's all, we toasted at midnight with the water didn't seem real, never happened to me and without anyone telling us the time...really a bit shabby. The food is usually good, the ravioli and the cod, the rest is pure boredom for a party evening, they don't know what to do, they don't involve Then when I finally paid and pointed out the lack of wine, 2 glasses arrived at half past midnight, all gone An evening certainly to forget

Very good, nothing to add! I had dinner yesterday with my family who were very happy and with a satisfied desire for fish; everything excellent and very fresh😋 a mix of flavors from appetizer to dessert. Thank you for your goodness and kindness!

Ein perfekter Abend! Wir kennen das Restaurant-Team schon vom Al Cantinone. Das war immer Klasse! Jetzt im Donlù gibt es nochmal eine Steigerung. Ein tolles Lokal mit beeindruckender Aussicht , super leckeres und kreatives Essen, freundlicher und kompetenter Service und eine hochwertige Weinauswahl. Wir sind begeistert und kommen bestimmt wieder. Ein Highlight. Nicht billig aber trotzdem jeden Euro wert.

Tutto perfetto panorama fantastico servizio curato e gentile, cibo eccellente con dei piatti e sapori rivisitati ma buonissimi! Il pane fatto da loro buonissimo! I due fratelli un connubio perfetto di gentilezza e passione per il lavoro! Grazie Consiglio vivamente!

Ottimo posto nel centro di Vieste Vecchia Un salotto affacciato sul mare. Luca gentilissimo e preparatissimo, abbiamo mangiato del pesce di un livello molto alto. Consigliato a tutti

...posto molto romantico..la prima parte della serata(a parte il caldo)..., è andata bene...abbiamo aspettato il giusto ,cibo ottimo...poi abbiamo ordinato il dolce....aspettato 40 minuti....eravamo ormai pronti ad andare via ..finito il dolce ...il conto...attesa di altre 15 minuti... chiaramente ...l attesa ha fatto si...che sicuramente nn torneremo più ...non si può aspettare solo perché nn c'è personale, due persone (1 maitre ed un cameriere per una sala piena di gente) sono troppo poche x gestite un posto così....

02/11/2025: We were glad to have discovered you. We ate the best traditional dishes in a place where these things are passed down for generations. We would love to come back anytime. Tasty food, special people. Thank you.
27/10/2025: Our last night…and could not have chosen a more perfect place – probably our overall best dining experience! Arrived before sunset (reservations a must, due to a cozy, intimate dining area) and immediately welcomed by the vivacious Alessia. Along with her aunt and another young lady, they treated us with such hospitality and service that we perhaps spent more time in conversation with them then among ourselves. To listen to their stories of their history and that of the restaurant, dating back some 80-years, made us feel we were having dinner in their home. Add the fact that the atmosphere is set on an elevated covered terrace, with direct views of Amalfi…as the sun set and the lights of Amalfi began to come on, no words can fully describe!!! Group of 8 adults, so we had a chance to try a variety of menu items…the grilled fish, Pasta al Limone (outstanding and so unique to Amalfi), smoked Scamorza cheese in lemon leaves and my favorite, the Tris di Marinati - marinated tuna, swordfish & anchovies. EVERYTHING we had was among the best we had among all the other restaurants during our visit! The perfect ending to our meal…as we came off the elevator to the street below, we were personally greeted by Nicola, the grandfather who began it all!
