Al Campanile In Trissino

15/03/2026: I went today, Saturday, March 17, 2019. The meal was decent: I ordered a mixed fried fish platter, and I didn't particularly enjoy it: the calamari was only warm on the outside, and "cold" inside—while the vegetables inside were well-cooked. + Afterward, I ordered a coffee and a very good dessert, tiramisu to be precise. + The coffee arrived immediately, and the dessert arrived a little over 45 minutes later... quite the opposite of what I'm used to. - The drink, a peach tea, was super sugary, even more so than the ones you buy every day in shopping malls. - As you can see, out of the 5 ratings (+ and -) I gave, there are only two +: this is the reason for my review. Greetings P.S.: FAIR PRICE I RETURNED TO THIS PLACE ON 1/7/21 TO SEE IF ANYTHING HAD CHANGED, AND YES, I RATED 5/5. As you can see from the photo of the seafood pizza, it was very generous and beautiful to photograph. Friendly staff. Fair prices. Very good red wine! They've changed a lot since 2019, significantly improving their quality! The ONLY negative I found was that the pizza was small, not even as big as the plate as shown in the photo... Congratulations! Update: I didn't remember I'd been there in 2019, but I just saw it from the review. Super-qualified staff, attentive to the customer. Delicious food and fair prices. Highly recommended. 25/12/2025: Dining at 'Al Portego' for Christmas wasn't just about eating out, it was like taking a journey through time. There are flavors that can't be explained, but are felt in the soul: every course on the Christmas menu smelled of home, of handed down traditions, and Sundays spent with family. It's rare to find a place that welcomes you with such authenticity, where a love of cooking blends perfectly with the warmth of hospitality.
