Al Caminetto In Cameri

We stopped by this little restaurant by chance and were pleasantly surprised. The welcome was warm and professional, with a customer service that was evident from the first moment. The welcome entrée was very welcome. The appetizers—crispy octopus and culatta—were excellent, carefully prepared using quality ingredients. The main courses, a beef fillet and a perch millefeuille, were both excellent: perfectly cooked and with well-balanced flavors. The atmosphere is a bit dated, but extremely clean and tidy. Compliments to the staff for their passion and professionalism.

Dopo tanto, troppo, tempo DeGustibus torna a Cameri. Emozionato, suona e Alida apre la bella porta. Da lì entra in una officina del gusto. Innanzitutto vi informo che la Lione-Torino viene fatta, appositamente, per permettere ai francesi di venire ad assaggiare il carpaccio di scottona di Paolo : insuperabile ! Dopodiché ogni piatto sarà la giusta continuazione di un pasto trionfale…
