Good pizzas and also first and second courses, meat and fish. The right price. And the staff were friendly

I went to this pizzeria because it was recommended by a couple of people, and after reading positive reviews, being in Casale we decided to try it. The place is the classic 80s place, which remained in the 80s both in terms of decor and menu, and if you are vegan you won't have great satisfaction. The bathrooms are both Turkish, something I haven't seen since the 80s, but if I'm honest I don't mind. We took a fried calamari which we shared as an appetizer, and then 3 pizzas. The fried food wasn't bad, but it didn't excite us. The pizza... we love pizza very much, but even this one, which I especially, reading the reviews, expected to be excellent, did not meet expectations. The ingredients are good so the pizza can be eaten, but it is far from being the good pizza with soft and light dough that I expected. The base appears to be almost biscuity and dry. Very fine yes, but with a dry, low cornice. Nothing exciting about the pizza either. I haven't tried the cuisine and desserts. The absolutely positive note is represented by the staff. The two girls who served us were professional and extremely kind.

Very classic pizzeria-restaurant, with a menu that also includes Piedmontese wines and a rather rich dessert trolley. The only flaw (if we want) is that, sometimes, you have to wait a long time to find a free table. But this happens (evidently) because the customers are satisfied and crowd the place.
