Very interesting restaurant. The place has a fresh look and is furnished with style. Professional and competent staff. But the strong point of this restaurant I think is the cuisine. The raw materials used are of excellent quality and the preparation of the dishes is done very well. The result is an innovative cuisine that takes you on a very pleasant journey of taste. Good wine list for those who prefer there are also interesting beers. Highly recommended. Always excellent proposals.

Beautiful experience in February. Welcoming and kind staff. Open kitchen, very nice. Spectacular dishes, very tasty. From appetizer to dessert we thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. Nice choice of wines.

We chose the Callianino for a special evening, and I can say that it exceeded expectations! First of all, the environment is super nice, furnished in a welcoming and modern way. The staff immediately welcomed us with a smile, really kind to let us choose the table. We opted for the tasting menu because everything inspired us. Each course was divine, flavors well thought out and balanced. Fresh, local ingredients. There tartare on ossobuco was obviously the highlight (I loved it), but I also really liked the pigeon. The owner was really kind and offered me a dessert, having forgotten my preference on the menu. I obviously greatly appreciated both desserts being phenomenal. The wine list is also beautiful.
Super value for money, right portions.
I can't wait to return!

Un’esperienza di classe sotto ogni aspetto: dalla qualità raffinata del cibo all’eleganza nell’accoglienza e nel servizio. L’atmosfera è calda e curata, con colori, profumi e arredi che avvolgono e fanno sentire a casa con stile. Qui si sta davvero bene e si mangia in modo sopraffino. L’ambiente è molto accogliente, luminoso e i titolari molto gentili e premurosi.
Ottimo il risotto alla rapa rossa e formaggio erborinato della Lessinia.
