Tried it on a Sunday for lunch. An excellent mix of expertly crafted dishes served on "grandmother's" porcelain plates, with decorations reminiscent of childhood. Given the elegant setting, I was a bit worried about the "nouvelle cuisine" dishes, but instead they were plentiful without sacrificing creative presentation. Bravo!

25/01/2026: We had dinner at Il Tamburino Sardo with friends. The restaurant is beautiful and offers a fantastic view. The modern and welcoming interior is meticulously maintained; the bathrooms were very clean. The food we ordered was excellent, and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly.
