Tried it on a Sunday for lunch.
An excellent mix of expertly crafted dishes served on "grandmother's" porcelain plates, with decorations reminiscent of childhood.
Given the elegant setting, I was a bit worried about the "nouvelle cuisine" dishes, but instead they were plentiful without sacrificing creative presentation.

The menu looks interesting, but the dishes lacked lightness; I struggled to recognize the ingredients. The slow service was unjustified by the number of customers present. There's no wine list.

Amazing, everything was sooooo good!
I had the Neanderthal tart (on a bone with marrow) and the pigeon. The rose cake with lavender cream was out of this world. Everything was perfect! Average cost €40-60

We had a late dinner at Al Callianino, which we found because it was the closest restaurant to our hotel and had received great reviews on Google. And we weren’t disappointed. The restaurant was clean, stylishly decorated, and the service was friendly and fast. But above all—the food was absolutely great! One of the best dinners we've had in Italy.
For starters, I had the gazpacho, which was smooth and rich. My main course was pigeon prepared two ways, and it was melt-in-your-mouth delicious. My companion had zucchini prepared in various styles as a starter, and ricotta gnocchi for the main—both were equally delightful. The outstanding meal was perfectly complemented by a superb Garganega white wine from the Soave region.
The restaurant offers excellent value for money. We wholeheartedly recommend it.
