Very nice place overall, it is very old fashioned but that is exactly why it is nice. Both the owner and the waitress were super kind and helpful. I really liked the food, we ate fried gnocco with two cold cuts and for the first time I tried the pappardelle with venison. The venison ragù did not taste gamey at all, cooked to perfection and really good. The desserts were also really good, the mascarpone was delicious. We did not spend a lot at all, today with an appetizer, first course and dessert you spend over 30 euros, here it was slightly over 20. I will definitely go back!

Real trattoria on the hills of Reggio Emilia. The food is very good, wonderful first courses and roasts. Friendly staff, fair price, highly recommended. We will definitely return.

Splendid family dinner, excellent first courses. The second courses were not bad, but the venison shank was missing something (perhaps undercooked, the meat was stringy). However, everything else is always fine. We have been here before and will definitely be back.
