Delicious dishes, local and genuine cuisine. We really appreciated friendly and helpful service. The dining room behind the bar is welcoming, and the panoramic view special. Ideal for a lunch or dinner with friends or family to feel good together.

We eat well. Homemade with game and mushrooms. Maybe a little expensive. Advised.

The place is quaint, the food is very good. Welcoming and attentive staff. I would say that moving from the Modena area to go to the Cacciatore restaurants is a pleasant trip. Gabriele is always careful about his guests.

Super place above Albinea. Excellent appetizers, crepes and main courses. To say the waitress was friendly would be an understatement. The person who should be found in every activity in contact with the public.

I went for lunch with a supplier for the first time in recent days, even though it is a historic restaurant in the Reggio area I had never had the opportunity to try it. It did not disappoint expectations 🤩 Abundant and quality starters, superb stew and a limited but refined and also quality wine selection. On an equally positive note, the price: for what we ate and drank, if we had spent €10-15 more each I would have had nothing to say. Recommended😉

I have been going to this restaurant for several years and I have never felt the need to talk about my experiences then, out of curiosity, I read a few reviews and here I am! Gabriele and Carlo carry on a tradition that is not only family but also historical and cultural. If you go to the Cacciatore, you go to rediscover the aromas and flavors of our cuisine to share with other customers through looks, expressions, gestures that are typical of a tradition that MUST continue in an environment that MUST remain as it is: uncontaminated ! Il Cacciatore is a corner of history and culinary culture of our territory that Carlo and Gabriele take care of and "protect" with passion but above all LOVE!! If you are looking for a trattoria: don't go to Cacciatore. If you are looking for an emotion: Il Cacciatore is your restaurant!

A place that feels like home. Dishes that feel like grandma just made them. The service is great. The atmosphere is very nice. The food is very unique and local, we loved the deer ragu
