The Al Buon Sentimento Restaurant is a fantastic restaurant with a particularly beautiful ambience. The creative decoration ideas beautify the path from the entrance through the somewhat less exciting smoking tunnel past an idyllic, quiet little place until you finally reach the exciting restaurant room, which is already invitingly visible through a large glass front. This room shines brightly like a blue sky on a summer day and leaves you wanting more! With its mix of azure ambience, you feel like you are on clouds and can completely relax. It's intimate and romantic - perfect for couples. For families and groups larger than 4 people, I recommend making a reservation in advance, as there is only one family table for 8-10 people. That may be small to medium by Italian standards, but rather large by German standards. You should note the opening times; However, reservations outside of these are also possible, as far as I could find out. I loved it! I will definitely go again! The best treat for the palate in a long time!

I've been here four times and have always had a good time. Whatever dish I chose has always surprised me in a positive way! The very good and young cook really knows how to work any type of product whether it be meat, fish or vegetables in an excellent and imaginative way. Absolutely recommended! The value for money is absolutely perfect. Update 10/5/24: Food quality still good but the cost has increased significantly and I don't think I'll be returning any time soon.

Arrivata per caso a Torre Pellice e altrettanto per caso in questo ristorante. Ottime sorprese tutte e due. Ristorante accogliente, piccolo ma ben disposto. Cibo più che soddisfacente, ben cucinato, con originalità e un tocco di fantasia senza esagerazione. Spaghetti allo sgombro con uvetta, peperoni e granella di mandorle e pistacchio da “leccarsi i baffi” (che non ho 😊), altrettanto per il secondo di pesce e il dolce. Materie prima di buona qualità, piatti presentati con cura. Sono rimasta molto soddisfatta. Ci tornerò
