fish lunch with highly appreciated super fresh scallops, very soft octopus, trout, bonito and sea bream. original and summery combinations, essential and respectable wine list, prepared and attentive waiting staff. highly recommended! pleasant and tasty :)

Cena spettacolare. Involtino di maiale al chimichurri, pesce spada alla siciliana e brioche con il tuppo da urlo. Ristorante della resistenza. Orgogliosi di avere un ristorante di questo livello vicino a noi. Eleonora grande chef.

I knew Eleonora when she worked in the Langhe. Now, by pure chance I found her with a place all her own where she can express all her talent. From the choice of raw materials of excellent quality to the final dish. Well done Eleonora, I hope to return as soon as possible.

Ristorante piccolo e accogliente. In un clima molto tranquillo abbiamo cenato con degli ottimi antipasti,Un primo eccellente ,dessert molto golosi. Gli accostamenti ci sono piaciuti molto,le materie prime sono fresche ,a prescindere dal gusto personale. Ottimo il vino bianco che abbiamo abbinato,sotto consiglio del personale di sala . Consigliamo se volete provare un posto un po' diverso dal solito,ma non troppo "snob".

Hotel Ristorante Furnasa

16/09/2025: My husband and I spent 3 days and 3 nights full board, and absolutely everything was perfect... cleanliness, room... view... truly delicious breakfasts, lunches, and dinners with daily variations prepared by chef Silvio, who, along with his wife Maria, daughter Sara, and grandmother, run the hotel. They are friendly and welcoming people. We had a wonderful time. We wouldn't have left, and that's all there is to it.
22/07/2025: 4 wonderful days of relaxation, good food, and a wonderful welcome. We thank everyone, starting with Marilena, Maria, Silvio, the girls, and all the staff at Furnasa. With you, it's not just a vacation, it's THE vacation!!! Your courtesy and attention to your guests is unparalleled. We returned to reality today and are already counting down the days until we can visit you again. A huge hug and thanks again for hosting us. See you soon, Diego and Marzia.
