Pizza is nothing short of fantastic, the first bite reminded me of the pizzas of the past, high quality ingredients, thin dough, tasty and perfectly cooked!

We had a wonderful time at Al Buco! The staff is really welcoming and warm and the food is delicious, we enjoyed ourselves from start to finish! This is the atmosphere we came to Puglia for!

I stumbled upon this place by accident! I was running in the rain and saw it was open! There, I was warmly greeted by the chef, who, with others, was "making pies" (or pizzas) right at the entrance, right in front of the guests. They welcomed me with a smile, even though I was soaking wet, and I had the opportunity to enjoy a delicious pizza with a glass of house red wine. The place is bustling, and the tables are close together, but I highly recommend it!

Very good food, quick and friendly service, and very reasonable prices for the quantity and quality. Both appetizers and pizza were very good, and the thin-crust pizza was very light, but delicious, with quality ingredients. We'll definitely be back.

Despite the variety of pizzas available on the menu, quality and speed remain strong points! I recommend this pizzeria! Al Buco remains a go-to place for pizza in Bari! (Excellent wait times during the week and between 7:30 and 8:30 PM.)

11/10/2025: Very good pizza meal 2 menu choices: With 14 antipasti and pizza €12 With pizza €8 In the end, the owner adds lemon ice cream and limoncello. Very good evening, but you have to arrive early or late because it gets crowded.

05/10/2025: A very nice location in the historic center of Conversano, excellent punctuality, pleasant service, super dishes... exceptional stuffed pancakes, excellent thin and crunchy pizzas. Highly recommended for the whole family, for couples...
05/10/2025: The appetizer was bruschetta with sautéed mushrooms (4 pieces), which was very good. The stuffed fritters (4 pieces) were good, with a fairly light dough, but I wasn't crazy about the toppings. The only downside was that you had to choose the same type of fritter for all four pieces. The place was very nice, but the tables were really uncomfortable and almost unusable (the ones in the bar area in front of the counter).
