Very good pizza, light and digestible, I thought it best to take one with spicy, thank goodness that when we went out there was the San Antonio fountain within reach, light and very fresh water, however, apart from the sarcasm, I recommend trying it, it's excellent The staff is also kind, the only flaw is that it is only open in the evening from 7.00 pm UNFORTUNATELY I HAVE TO LET THOSE INTERESTED IN THE PIZZERIA KNOW THAT THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TASTE ANYTHING SINCE IT IS CLOSED DUE TO THE DEATH OF AN OWNER, (I HAVE KNOWN OF THE SAD NEWS ON 14 July 2024) THE OPENING IS HOPEFULLY AS SOON. al "Brusa" ieri sera abbiamo mangiato due pizze che dire super è riduttivo : io ho scelto una Golosa , pomodoro mozzarella gorgonzola cipolle di tropea e pancetta coppata , mentre mia moglie ha scelto una pizza con salsiccia e patate al rosmarino, Buonissime ! e anche super è stato il dolce, non dovrei dirlo poichè ne fanno solo uno per sera, ma lo zuccotto è da provare , Corretto il conto e il personale è sempre molto gentile, Da provare !

Beautiful restaurant, warm and welcoming staff, really efficient and kind,

at the "Brusa" last night we ate two pizzas and to say super is an understatement: I chose a Golosa, tomato, mozzarella, gorgonzola, Tropea onions and pancetta coppata, while my wife chose a pizza with sausage and potatoes with rosemary, delicious! and the dessert was also super, I shouldn't say it as they only make one per evening, but the zuccotto is a must try, The bill was correct and the staff is always very friendly, A must try!

Not convincing pasta not plentiful expensive wines but waiter speaking French that's all

On vacation in Val des Prés, we went to eat in this small restaurant on recommendation. EXCELLENT pizzas, high quality products 😍👍🏼!!! Fast and very friendly service (practically all the staff speaks French 🤗), more than affordable prices compared to those in France.... In short, you can go there with your eyes closed, but remember to book 😉.

A pizzeria with a typical atmosphere where you can see everything being prepared before your eyes.

Superb pizzas, top service and very nice place! It's worth the detour!
