Al Borgo truly impresses with its delicious dishes—the pizza is deliciously crispy, the pasta fresh and perfectly flavorful. You can clearly sense the genuine passion in the kitchen! 🍕🍝 It's just a shame the service is a bit too relaxed. The staff sometimes seems inattentive—it almost feels like they'd rather be in the kitchen than oversee the dining room. A little more smile and a more constant presence would make the experience perfect. Anyway, the excellent food is definitely worth a visit! With a little more attentive service, it would definitely be five stars.

I love this place. My favorite first courses are the pasta all'arrabbiata and the Diavola pizza, but I've eaten almost everything on the menu and it's delicious. I've been coming here for years. Thank you so much 🫶🏽

20/12/2025: The oldest bakery in Benevento. And also the best. Edit: I returned after two years with great enthusiasm and was truly disappointed by the lack of customer service. If I say "GOOD MORNING" TWICE and no one answers (I assure you, I have a beautiful double voice), I'll never want to return. A little customer service wouldn't hurt. It's a real shame, because the products are truly delicious.

30/11/2025: The gluten-free pizza was quite good, I would have preferred a slightly thinner dough. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, the quality/price ratio was excellent; in fact, they were very kind and even offered a free liqueur. The atmosphere was very cheerful, I would definitely go back if I were in the area. A special mention goes to the possibility of also having a gluten-free and lactose-free dessert. I tried a slice of the tiramisu cake, which was delicious.
14/10/2025: Hi, we had dinner last Saturday, there were thirty of us and an excellent menu was prepared, while others ate the pizza which was very good, what can I say, we will definitely be back😉 try it and believe it 🫠🫠🫠
