Al Borgo truly impresses with its delicious dishes—the pizza is deliciously crispy, the pasta fresh and perfectly flavorful. You can clearly sense the genuine passion in the kitchen! 🍕🍝 It's just a shame the service is a bit too relaxed. The staff sometimes seems inattentive—it almost feels like they'd rather be in the kitchen than oversee the dining room. A little more smile and a more constant presence would make the experience perfect. Anyway, the excellent food is definitely worth a visit! With a little more attentive service, it would definitely be five stars.

I love this place. My favorite first courses are the pasta all'arrabbiata and the Diavola pizza, but I've eaten almost everything on the menu and it's delicious. I've been coming here for years. Thank you so much 🫶🏽

A place where flavor meets history and culture, creating a truly unique atmosphere. From the first contact, chef Donato and his partner Rosalia were helpful, attentive, and professional. The seafood menu was simply exceptional: each dish was a perfect blend of original and well-balanced flavors, presented with great care and creativity. The service was impeccable: the staff looked after us and were all present, kind, and professional, helping to make everything even more enjoyable. Even the table settings and the cake stand were elegant and harmonious, with attention to every detail. The historic center setting added a special touch to the entire day: walking through the alleys of Molinara's ancient village, between courses, was like taking a little journey back in time, making the moment even more evocative.
