We were staying at a nearby hotel. We enjoyed our visit to the restaurant the first night and for that we went again. Very disappointed the second time: Catania salad with red tomatoes, we were served with greens, the tomato pasta was without any spices. Only the pizza was good. They must know we are tourists and won't be visiting again…

I went to Blu Tunnel twice. I preferred to try different dishes before writing a review. I was pleasantly surprised by the first experience, I can only confirm the quality of the place, after yesterday's dinner. The dining room staff is very friendly and attentive to every need (despite the large turnout, they always managed to ask us if we liked the dinner). The icing on the cake is Chef Giuseppe, who delighted me with a carbonara worthy of Roman tradition. The meat second courses and pizzas are excellent. Obviously a third experience is necessary. Thank you Giuseppe, thank you Blu Tunnel. See you soon.

Ci siamo fermati di domenica pomeriggio, poco dopo il nostro arrivo a Catania X 4gg Di ferie, 2adulti e due ragazzi , anche se erano le 15.45 ci hanno preparato 2 primi + due burger e salvato il pranzo. Pasta scoglio ben fatta e panini maxi. Bella scoperta. Una nota di merito a Michele il quale ci ha assistito su un nostro problema rendendoci il nostro soggiorno memorabile. Grazie della accoglienza

We ate a pizza, good but not exciting, I've also eaten better ones. Normal service, high price (8 people without starter or dessert, with just one soft drink we paid 130 euros, around 16 euros per person) for the service offered. I will certainly never go back there again

23/05/2025: I returned after two years to celebrate at Borgata Baldazza, after my son's baptism, last Sunday I celebrated my fortieth birthday. I have known the lady since she started the business, about twenty years ago and she never disappoints. I chose this place without looking elsewhere, I was sure of the excellent result. The compliments that my guests gave me were countless and I in turn give them to the entire organizational machine that is behind the preparation of an event. Specifically, I decided to celebrate my birthday with an aperitif lunch, since I wanted something lively, different from the usual, the lady immediately understood my request by proposing a sort of picnic under the olive trees. A perfect idea: lots of space, lots of joy, good music and lots of good food. Not to mention the very cute and well-kept arrangements, very kind and attentive staff. Everything was perfect! I thank you again for your availability and professionalism. See you next time.
23/04/2025: Siamo venuti da Roma per trascorrere la giornata di Pasqua e ci siamo trovati molto bene......la struttura è immersa nel verde con un bel giardino,una piscina,un bosco ed una chiesetta molto graziosa.Sicuramente il luogo si presta per eventi di varia natura vista la bella location.Abbiamo pranzato nella sala con camino mentre l 'altra sala ha una bella veranda sul giardino.Ci sono varie camere che ovviamente non abbiamo visitato.Il menù è stato molto buono....forse l'aperitivo andava anticipato un pochino...per il resto ci sono piaciuti sia gli antipasti ,i primi ed i secondi.Bella l 'alternanza tra fuori e dentro per antipasti e desserts....Sicuramente da provare anche il pernotto....consigliato anche per la possibilità di andare a vedere la maestosa Etna

25/05/2025: Hidden Champ Restaurant - Don't let the quiet atmosphere fool you! This charming Sicilian family-run restaurant is a true gem. While they may not always have everything on the menu available, what they do serve is exceptional. Their vegan pasta options are fantastic - the pasta pomodoro and norma are absolutely incredible. The prices are remarkably reasonable for such high-quality pasta, especially considering it's located right around the corner from much pricier hipster establishments. The family who runs it is genuinely lovely, and despite the relaxed, uncrowded setting, the food quality is outstanding. Definitely recommended for anyone looking for authentic, delicious pasta without the fancy restaurant markup!
18/05/2025: Very good. Eaten like a dragon. The old-fashioned host is nice and friendly. You have to know how to take it. The dishes are fantastic and subscribed. I come back every day. Good
