A lunch to remember! The tasting was a journey into the authentic flavors of Puglia, an explosion of flavours, with dishes that managed to combine tradition and innovation, with the highest quality raw materials and original combinations.
The staff, young and dynamic, pampered us from start to finish. Fabrizio, with his passion and competence, made the experience even more special. And to finish on a high note, an excellent rum and a cigar... what can I say, a complete and unforgettable experience.

A truly special place, with an infinite menu, more for tasting than for dinner. There were many of us and it was not possible to choose more dishes, the formula is tasting of more dishes but for everyone or three or four different courses always to be shared with everyone. Everything is excellent, especially the black troia stew, but the formula makes it difficult to choose because everyone has different tastes.

Somos dos belgas y queríamos conocer a dos queridos amigos barrocos cuando aterrizamos en Ruvo di Puglia como para visitar el fantástico Palazzo Jatta con la colección arqueológica permanente. Encontramos Al Batacchio a través de Internet y no nos decepcionó. Platos muy elegantes, excelentes productos frescos, precioso vino Piarulli Nero di Troia. . . Recomiendo encarecidamente. Assaggia ogni proposta e ti sfido a non trovare una sorpresa: in ogni portata trovi sempre un particolare che non ti aspettavi, un abbinamento inusuale, ma sempre legato al territorio, o una cottura che non credevi (prova l'involtino di melanzana...).
Bravi ragazzi, avete saputo raccogliere la tradizione e reinventarla senza artifici, come spesso la moda impone. 😍
