I recently went to Al Bacareto in the historic center of Martina Franca and was impressed by the quality of their spritz, which proved to be a real highlight of the experience.
The atmosphere of the place is enchanting, with its historical character blending perfectly with the lively environment of the historic center. Once seated at the table, I decided to start the evening with a classic spritz.
I have to say that the aperitif was exceptional. Prepared with care and skill, Al Bacareto was able to perfectly balance the ingredients, offering a fresh, sparkling and well-balanced cocktail. The prosecco was of excellent quality and the touch of Aperol was precisely dosed, resulting in just the right combination of sweetness and bitterness. Additionally, the addition of a fresh orange slice added a touch of freshness and zing to the drink.
The service was courteous and professional, with the staff attentive and available to satisfy every request.
Considering the excellent quality of the aperitif, the enchanting atmosphere and the impeccable service, I highly recommend Al Bacareto to anyone looking for an excellent spritz in the heart of the historic center of Martina Franca. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a delicious aperitif in the company of friends or family.
