You can taste the authenticity of the ingredients used, the fresh and light dough. Five of us dined, ordering two pucce, two piadinas, and a pizza. Everything was delicious, generously filled and incredibly light. There's limited seating and only outdoor seating, but the service is quick, and it's beautiful to dine outside on Gallipoli's main street, enjoying the summer sunset.
We'll definitely be back at the first opportunity.

An absolute highlight. A very inconspicuous shop. It has a total of four tables for seating. But the sandwiches are fantastic. This is especially thanks to the freshly baked bread, which comes warm from the oven. We got the traditional sandwich to go. Five minutes later, we had to go back for a second one. Truly delicious!

We were looking for a traditional pucceria, not too touristy. Walking around Gallipoli, we stumbled upon this very typical pucceria.
I had high expectations, and I must say they were met.
If you're in the area, I recommend stopping by and enjoying a real Salento puccia.
