Impossible not to give it 5 stars. The best Japanese food I've ever tasted in Italy. Their baozi are simply AMAZING. Be sure to order them. Reservations are required (well) in advance.

Finally, a serious place that prepares dishes with passion! The ramen and gyoza are fabulous, and luckily, they also have good umeshu. That evening, we felt like we were back in Japan. The atmosphere is lovely and refined; reservations are recommended as the place is quite small. Inside, there's a shop selling traditional Japanese items. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to eat well!

Finally, a place where I can relive the flavors of Japan. The ramen noodles were truly excellent, the broth was flavorful and intense, and the toppings were well-crafted. Honorable mentions for the gyoza with their thin, crispy noodles and the delicious sake. We'll definitely be back.

Finally, a real taste of Japan in Italy. The appetisers were spot on, and the ramen was just like the one you’d find in Japan: rich in flavour and simple, but made with care. Fresh curly noodles, perfectly cooked, and just the right amount. Every bite brought back memories. We finished with a great dessert, then explored the little shop inside with items imported from Japan. Yes, yes, yes: absolutely recommended!

I chose Aji to celebrate my birthday and I couldn't have made a better choice. The staff was courteous and welcoming, creating a pleasant atmosphere right from the start. The food is excellent, with carefully prepared and tasty dishes, and the environment is well-kept, perfect for those looking for an experience that combines taste and Japanese atmosphere. A positive experience that I can't wait to repeat!

Small and very welcoming place, the staff is very kind and pampers you in everything. You have to try Bao Kakuni because you would eat a dozen of them 😅 like delicious ramen.

I was recommended by a colleague who knows the owners. Small environment, obviously Japanese themed. There aren't many seats, so booking was a challenge. There is also the option of sitting at the counter. You can choose à la carte, even various types of sake. I opted for the 44 euro Tasting Menu. A nice experience, which allows you to range over various dishes of Japanese cuisine, expertly prepared by Giulio. You can definitely perceive the use of quality raw materials, unlike the classic "chain" shops where you usually go to eat. Also appreciable is the expertise of Francesca and the other girls in illustrating the individual dishes. Next to the room they have created space for a typical corner where you can view various Japanese handicraft items. It was really worth waiting for a seat to become available. I will definitely return and I highly recommend it both for those who love Japanese cuisine and for an alternative evening. Thank you. 🙂
