We are from Turin, came for 5 days in Palermo, this restaurant is definitely of quality, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the raw fish is particularly good, the linguine with saffron conger eel and fish roe is another extraordinary dish, we absolutely recommend!

Not your average seafood place. Really creative fish dishes.

For context, we are etourists that speak little Italian but know a lot about food. All of the staff here were absolutely lovely, faultless. Good knowledge of the wine list and the organic Catarratto was delightful and paired wonderfully with our food. Pastas were both good, decent portions and almost flawless execution. The octopus salad was really different to anything I had ever had. Really good textures and the charred flavours worked well. The cod was the let down of the lot and instead of seasonal veg, came with lettuce dressed with mustard. The fish was perfectly cooked but too much real estate was left unoccupied in my mind and needed a little something extra to tie it together. Overall, left happy. Towards the higher end of Sicily prices but I think the service and quality of ingredients justified this

Truly unique experience. Very high quality of raw materials, more than interesting combinations. The raw fish were really excellent, the cuttlefish won me over... all the courses were impeccable and finally, the dessert, bread, butter and anchovies, truly unforgettable. The staff was very kind, friendly and professional, attentive to description and advice. Really pleasant environment.. congratulations again!

So close to being 5 stars!! I really enjoyed my meal here. The ingredients were so fresh and the dishes were packed with flavour. Unfortunately I found certain creams/purées/ingredients added to the dishes, took away the flavour of the fresh fish that was a shame.

Beautiful experience. We wanted cuisine with high-quality raw materials and we were right to book in this bistro. The tasting of raw meats is superb, the second courses super and the "butter and anchovies" ice cream to remember. Also a decent wine list with natural proposals. Friendly and helpful staff.
