Aja Mola - Trattoria di Mare In Palermo

So close to being 5 stars!! I really enjoyed my meal here. The ingredients were so fresh and the dishes were packed with flavour. Unfortunately I found certain creams/purées/ingredients added to the dishes, took away the flavour of the fresh fish that was a shame.

It was superb tasting experience. Raw starter set is good to share among 2 people, octopus salad had an interesting twist and catch of the day was delicious

Today we went for the first time....the food is something superlative, an explosion of taste. Competent and professional staff. 10 is not enough

Quality raw materials, cuisine that hybridizes tradition and innovation. The raw tasting was sublime. The combination of scampi and tenerumi was unexpected and surprising. Bill perfectly in line with the quality of the food.

Un ristorante consigliatoci da amici come Ristorante di alto livello per mangiare pesce. Non ne siamo usciti pienamente soddisfatti a dire la verità, a volte la troppa ricerca se si scontra con il risultato finale che non è soddisfacente, delude e viene voglia di mangiare qualcosa di più semplice e dai gusti chiari. Gli accostamenti a tratti risultavano forzati, non mi è piaciuta per nulla la carta dei vini che sembra volutamente ricercata per essere difficile e senza nessun vino Facilmente riconoscibile con ricarichi e prezzi assolutamente fuori media. Tra i bianchi due proposte sotto i 30€/bottiglia e tutto il resto ben al di sopra. Il servizio è ok però avrei aggiunto almeno un entree di benvenuto. Buono il pane fatto in casa. Il prezzo pagato è troppo alto per quanto mi riguarda soprattutto a Palermo, sono prezzi da Centro di Milano ma non giustificati a nostro avviso, non torneremo. Magari abbiamo trovato la serata sbagliata o il menù che non era dei nostri gusti, a volte succede rimane il discorso carta dei vini e prezzo finale pagato.

A restaurant recommended to us by friends as a high-level restaurant for eating fish. To tell the truth, we were not fully satisfied, sometimes too much research clashes with the final result which is not satisfactory, disappoints and makes us want to eat something simpler and with clearer flavours. The combinations at times seemed forced, I didn't like the wine list at all which seems deliberately sought to be difficult and without any wine Easily recognizable with very high mark-ups and prices. Among the still whites, two proposals under €30/bottle and everything else well above. The service is ok but I would have added at least a welcome entree. Good homemade bread. The price paid is too high as far as I'm concerned, especially in Palermo, they are prices in the center of Milan but not justified in our opinion. Nice atmosphere, a little cold in terms of temperature. Maybe we found the wrong evening or the menu wasn't to our tastes, sometimes it happens, it's just the wine list and final price paid.

*An unforgettable culinary experience* Following the suggestion of a chef friend, I finally manage to try AJAMOLA, and I book a table for 02 people (done easily online) for my partner's birthday; what can I say? I was completely blown away! From the reception to the exit, everything was impeccable and exceeded all my expectations. First and foremost, the staff were extremely professional, attentive and friendly, making us feel at ease straight away. The starters and first courses we ordered were prepared with the freshest and highest quality ingredients. The menu was varied and full of interesting options, highlighting the passion and creativity of the kitchen. We opted for the à la carte menu, but there is also the possibility of a tasting menu. The wine recommended by the maitre d' proved to be the ideal choice to accompany our meal. The atmosphere of the place is warm and welcoming. I will definitely be back soon and will recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for a top notch gastronomic experience! Very good but a little too expensive

Uno dei tanti ristoranti che affollano le scena culinaria palermitana, senza infamia ne lode. Il locale internamente e' piccolo e risulta molto rumoroso, non l'ideale per parlare. Il personale potrebbe risultare un po invadente e non professionale. I piatti che abbiamo ordinato non mi sono particolarmente piaciuti. Lista dei vini accettabile. Conto eccessivamente alto.
