Wonderful experience: excellent cuisine. The smoked mayonnaise is top. The spaghetti with scampi is unsurpassed. Finishing the meal with butter and anchovy ice cream with shortcrust pastry crumble was a mystical experience.

Soul kitchen and magic dinner with honey at Aja Mola. Fantastic Tiziana Francoforte chef and all team that take care of us. All the dinner is top and the atmophere is amazing. A soul place. Thks 🙏❤️

My mother and I ate here for lunch a few days ago. The staff was very kind, the dishes were really excellent and the atmosphere was welcoming. The desserts are absolutely worth trying. Overall, a highly recommended restaurant!

I had high expectations about this restaurant and it did deliver in some ways, but it has to improve in service, specially with foreign customers. We opted to go with the a la carte menu instead of the tasting and we asked our server if the dishes we selected were enough. We ordered 6 dishes to share and the server said it was okay. It turned out that it was too much food and the server lacked sensibility, considering we were a table of two. Maybe we neglected the nature of the restaurant and the size of portions, but we were hoping the server would be able to guide us. In general the food was good, specially the starters and the pastas but the mains were a bit disappointing. We ordered squid and octopus and the server did tell us that the they were cooked with a slight “crunch”, which i enjoy when eating molluscs, but the texture was unpleasant. I understand the concept of letting the ingredients shine and exalting the purity, but it wasn’t pleasurable. I think the restaurant and the chef have a lot of potential, but the service felt distant and indifferent - maybe because there are cultural and language barriers (which we understand) or maybe because we are tourists and just passing by. Nevertheless, i would come back and give it another shot. I wish Ajamola’s team good luck.
