22/08/2024: A discovery during the holidays in Maremma. Traditional dishes cooked with passion and love. Delicious wild boar pappardelle not to mention the Maremma tortelli with ragù! The beef steak and the starter of mixed wild boar cured meats are very good. The sour cherry tart is sublime, not to mention the Etruscan bitters, mouth-watering. The stop is mandatory.
22/08/2024: Found by chance Back by choice!!! Horse that wins, you can't change!! In this case I should say Boar since he is the KING of the table!! Friendly and helpful staff, quick and accurate service and a truly courteous and approachable host/chef!! Thank you for the wonderful welcome and the excellent cuisine!!!!!

13/07/2024: cena con famiglia e sempre un gradino più in alto sul podio per Sebastiano, Daniele e tutto lo staff della Rosa. Un ristorante che consiglio sempre ad amici, turisti di passaggio e chiunque mi chieda dove mangiar bene all'Argentario....top del top!
26/02/2024: Piatti sempre curati e serviti con gentilezza, il posto dove adoro passare le serate speciali come quella di domenica per il mio compleanno... Sebastiano, Daniele e tutto lo staff sono sempre ineguagliabili. Un grazie immenso, come sempre.
