I appreciated this restaurant immensely, starting from the menu, with its simple names but very sophisticated flavours, the excellent service and the very elegant and intimate location. The waiter was very kind and very competent. Fair price, they even rounded it up for us. I will definitely come back!

Nice place but a little small. Professional service. The dishes chosen were fantastic, a riot of well-matched flavours. The "umami" flavored dessert is an experience to try. Recommended even if the prices are a little high

Accueil adorable et super professionnel dans ce restaurant historique de Bergame.
Avec son menu dégustation, le chef nous a régalé en 5 plats. Une cuisine italienne succulente, moderne, créative ! On a apprécié l'équilibre des plats, assaisonnés parfaitement, avec la petite touche d'acidité et de fraicheur qui fait qu'un plat devient parfait ... à l'image de ces ris de veau accompagnés d'une aubergine confite soja et miso (très subtil), farcie avec un caviar d'aubergine, le tout balancé par le lacté mentholé ... génial !
