We were here for a dinner with the gourmet menu option. Starting from the waiter (very kind and very knowledgeable), everything was excellent. Also, important note, the entire menu was completely vegetarian and with all the dishes cooked with local products! Satisfied, we will return!

Nice restaurant in the center of lower Bergamo. Outdoor seating away from traffic. Mainly traditional food of excellent quality. Excellent bread and breadsticks. I had risotto with nettles and lemon and veal with tuna sauce. Both excellent.

A little on the expensive side, but very good food with just a few drawbacks (the verdura grillata turned out to be cooked vegetables and wasn't cooked to perfection, and the duck breast was cooked a bit too long). Baccala and congilio were excellent, and polenta and vitello were very good. The service was mixed: the young man was very nice and attentive, his wine recommendations were very good, and the young lady was pretty, but her main skill was looking the other way.

Very nice restaurant, I do not understand why he has no Michelin star yet. There is a set of several dishes within 50 euros, although each dish is great on its own. There are positions of local cuisine of the city. And a nice veranda. I will definitely come back again 😍😍😍

Impeccable service, excellent quality food, tasty dishes and with first choice raw materials, I ate the typical dishes cooked in a truly excellent way. From the appetizer to the dessert, all the dishes were better than the others. Highly Recommended.

If I could, I would have given at least 7 stars...intimate and refined place..very high quality of raw materials, cooked in a special way by the chef..sublime first courses..wide choice of labels..really an excellent restaurant..friendly dining room staff attentive to customers..

Intentamos cenar aquí todo el fin de semana, pero siempre estaba lleno. Sorprendido de verlo abrir el lunes a la hora del almuerzo que estábamos encantados de comer allí antes de volar a casa. La opción de menú Scelta era una gran manera de probar platos pequeños a un precio razonable. Los vinos de acompañamiento eran increíbles. Posiblemente el mejor Tiramasu de la historia. El chef Marco Carminati estaba haciendo algunos papeles en una mesa cercana y vino a charlar. Maravilloso.

Parafrasando Donizetti, celebre ospite di questa secolare osteria, si cerca tradizione e semplicità dove i “borghesi” hanno macchiato l’esperienza. Un rifugio stretto e lungo che ha cambiato vestito, mantenendo qualche parete scrostata e una sobria dignità. Le degustazioni consentono esperienze complete, comprese di lunghe meditazioni. A locale vuoto, o quasi, il sevizio sembra arrugginito, con un timido sollecito tutto si fa più ricettivo. Non c’è da aspettarsi cultura contadina, fin dagli amuse-bouches si intuisce una raffinata sperimentazione, una ricerca di qualcosa che non fu. L’impegno c’è. Evoluzioni contemporanee? Ai posteri l’ardua sentenza.
