Local in the center of Finalborgo, tried by chance. Fabulous experience to say the least. Friendly and prepared staff. We ordered ceviche, raw seafood, seafood, ice cream with olives and chinotto cream. All the dishes were delicious with high quality raw materials, giving you goosebumps! Excellent price quality!

Che bontà! Siamo stati a cena in questo ristorante con amici e devo dire che ci siamo trovati benissimo, sia per il cibo, sia per il personale, gentile e disponibile.
Abbiamo speso il giusto, considerate le materie prime utilizzate e la carta dei vini.

Great quality of the raw material, good technique and very thoughtful "creativity". Ceviche, breaded and fried anchovy and amberjack in tuna sauce were memorable. The peach-based dessert is also very good. The only flaw is the noisiness of the place, but the kitchen makes you forget everything. The bill is more than honest

I had dinner at the Torchi last night and I would never have imagined that in this somewhat hidden village there would be a place of this magnitude. An important food and wine discovery. The mise en place, the dishes, the service are all noteworthy for their care, service and balance. The dining room staff moves in a delicate, polite way, with a smile and kindness in abundance! A special mention to Elisabetta who brings a now rare delicacy to the room, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Thanks to all of you, there is history, taste, balance and care in your restaurant.

Refined and refined environment, kind staff, the waitress was a novice and very young but still provided good service despite her young age.
We opted for the tasting menu, good quality food, I had already been there last year and personally I found it better, especially in terms of choice of dishes to include in the tasting menu, it will certainly depend on seasonality but I noticed the past proposals more captivating and interesting.
The price is quite honest, slightly increased due to inflation and higher prices but it is understandable.

Nelle mura della bellissima Finalborgo…il ristorante Ai Torchi, ambiente caratteristico, raffinato e rilassante, personale attento, singolare la gentilezza della titolare, la quale si è presa cura di mia moglie seguendola e consigliandola attentamente circa la sua intolleranza alimentare. Piatti curati e sobri, ottimo il crudo di mare, gli gnocchetti ai ricci, il tutto esaltato da un eccellente moscato , fruttato e profumato. Curiosi ed invitanti i dolci, gradevole anche il caffè, servito con piccola pasticceria di loro creazione. Consigliatissimo per abbinare un’ottima cena al benefico relax! Mauro
