Then drive out of Sanremo to Bulsana. Just follow the coast. On the only road, watch out; after a bend on the right, you'll find the restaurant Ai Torchi. A super friendly welcome awaits, and they'll ask what's for lunch or dinner. No menu needed. You'll be served the best of what they've just bought, freshest ingredients. It's a place like this, sadly, is becoming increasingly rare. This kind of ambiance and authentic atmosphere is what you're looking for in Liguria. Here you'll still find a truly welcoming Ligurian setting. Romano

30/01/2026: A lovely discovery. A restaurant with a terrace overlooking the sea, the atmosphere is very basic, but we tried the fish first course of the day, the desserts, and the accompanying focaccia: everything was delicious and reasonably priced, with friendly service.
