Truly a special place: a well-kept location managed with passion! The owner lovingly and cordially explains the daily specials, and the menu is varied, tasty, and shows a strong focus on quality ingredients, including local ones.
The pan fritu, chicken skewers, and focaccia are delicious, and of course the selection of beers, wines, and other beverages is spectacular. I tried the mead, which was truly delicious.

A very charming place. The owner and waitresses are dressed in medieval style. The soups are served in bowls and the drinks in earthenware glasses. Even the owner's language has a medieval feel.
The background music is medieval.
In short, as soon as you enter, you're truly transported to the Dark Ages.
If you've booked, the menu will be sent to you via WhatsApp.
The dishes are good: Ligurian-style pan frittu, soups, fagioli all'uccelletto, etc. Perhaps a little pricey, but it's all organic, so that's fine.
It's funny that at the end of the meal they offer you the chance to win a cocktail by rolling dice.
But the kindness and hospitality deserve the 5 stars above all!!!

My mom, sister, and I just had dinner at the Dark Ages, and we were more than satisfied! Excellent food, friendly and very personable staff, and a quiet and convivial atmosphere. We shared a Ligurian pan fritu and a farinata (half plain, half with sausage) that were truly delicious.
Then we ordered two carbonara focaccias of the day and a fagioli all'uccelletto (beans with octopus), which didn't disappoint—quite the opposite!
We're truly happy and satisfied!
It's a place worth discovering!

Un salto nel passato per travare una cucina attuale, ricca e personale.
