Ai Portici Di Bergamin Daniele In Gazzo

The pasta is good. I think it's really good and well made, deep and soft pizza like real pizza should be. Then the owner's kindness and friendliness becomes a wonderful side dish. I don't find the pasta salty, in fact very tasty... in my opinion it depends on the ingredients you put on it.

Compared to the pizzerias in the area I found it better but I think it is worse every time. It seems to me that prices have increased and quality has decreased. Very salty pizza. I liked that the courgettes were cut into slices but tonight they were made with the classic thin and charred grilled slices. It was the only pizza that I managed to finish and didn't even eat half of. The burrata on the other pizza wasn't good either. Really a shame
