Appena arrivati a Venezia siamo stati accolti dal proprietario Andrea nel suo ristorante, che si è rivelato essere una delizia, sia per l'atmosfera che per la cucina. Nonostante il ritardo rispetto alla prenotazione, siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e cortesia ed abbiamo avuto la possibilità di gustare piatti tipici preparati dal proprietario, che è anche chef e sommelier. Oltre al cibo, ci ha consigliato due ottimi calici di vino rosso che si sono accompagnati benissimo ai cibi che avevamo scelto. Molto attento anche alle esigenze dei bambini, cortese, gentile, premuroso.

Super nice place, very private and extremely welcoming.
Two of us went for dinner and we had a great time: the innkeeper (a wonderful, kind and expert man) helped us in an extremely pleasant way to match the right drinks to the dishes.
We were amazed when we came across the small but extremely refined selection of beers: very well looked after and well chosen.
All accompanied by soft background music and a warm and pleasant atmosphere.
In short: excellent drinks and food, impeccable service, very kind and always helpful staff... the only flaw is that I don't live close enough to go back as often as I would like!

Simply great. A unique atmosphere combined with delicious dishes made from high-quality ingredients. Andrea cooks first-class, serves the food herself and entertained us wonderfully. He can provide information about every ingredient and every wine because he has direct contact with the producers and does not buy "anonymous" goods from the wholesale market. Since no junk food is served here, the food comes at a price. We found it completely appropriate and felt completely comfortable. We liked it so much that I went back for dinner the next day.

This restaurant is a GEM for us. Owner Andrea whips up fabulous meals. He is a tour de force - cooks, washes and serves the food by himself. Love his wicked sense of humour. The food cooked by Andrea was super good and I almost wanted to stay longer just to learn his food secrets! Best part, his cozy restaurant is near "famous" bridges - watch the Mission Impossible movie! His cooking is excellent, made from freshest ingredients. Will highly recommend this restaurant to all our friends from Asia.

A place not to be missed. Very nice express food, traditional dishes and also some original dishes. Andrea, chef and maitre d', friendly and good. I don't appreciate natural wines, but you find a good selection here.

Our favorite restaurant in Venice! Very far from the tourist trap that awaits us at every corner of the canal. The owner, alone in the dining room and in the kitchen, is a colorful and humorous character. If you have the time, you are rewarded with demanding, sophisticated cuisine, using fresh, seasonal products. A treat and a memorable evening! Remember to book.
