On Friday 14 March I participated in the Vegan Evening, which was not a simple dinner, but a real journey into a world I didn't know, accompanied and guided with explanations, courtesy and professionalism to discover the vegan world by the entire staff: from the welcome of the owner, who surprised me with other delicacies as a first approach to tasting the proposed menu, to the impeccable presence of the dining room staff, to conclude with the greeting of the chef, in making sure of the satisfaction of those present. The metaphor of the journey suits the experience of the other evening, both for the goodness and variety of the dishes, and for the artistic presentation of the same within an intimate and welcoming atmosphere, just as a mirror of our Padua, city of art. 4-Star Review for Ristorante Ai Navigli
Ristorante Ai Navigli offers a fantastic atmosphere with a beautifully curated setting that makes for a great dining experience. The food was delicious, well-prepared, and thoughtfully presented, maintaining the high quality I’ve come to expect from this restaurant.
However, during this visit, the service was noticeably slower than usual. What is typically a comfortable 2.5-hour dining session stretched to 3.5 hours, which felt excessive. While I appreciate a relaxed pace, the long wait times between courses affected the overall flow of the meal.
Despite this, the food and ambiance remain excellent, and I will return, hoping for a more balanced experience next time.

Helena, the owner, is a perfect host, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and well cared for. The dishes are crafted to perfection—on an entirely different level of quality and execution.
I keep returning to this place with unwavering enthusiasm. Absolutely deserving of 5 stars!

Sono stata ieri sera in questo locale per il mio compleanno. Locale elegante, ma semplice nello stesso tempo. Il cibo è ottimo presentato in modo impeccabile. Grandissimo assortimento di vino di ottima qualità. Personale gentile e molto professionale, ma, nello stesso tempo, molto cordiale. La signora, quando ha saputo che era il mio compleanno, mi ha portato il dolce con la candelina. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Cercando nuovi ristoranti di qualità e seguendo le recensioni abbiamo prenotato una cena Ai Navigli.
Location molto accogliente e intima, ideale per coppie e serate tranquille. Servizio ed accoglienza impeccabile . Prezzi molto alti ( dai 25€ ai 38 a pietanza) ma lo sapevamo avendo sbirciato il menù da casa, il problema è stata la resa dell'offerta rispetto al costo. La granseola è un piatto asciutto, poco legato negli ingredienti ed il pesce è quasi inesistente rispetto alla quinoa,in quando alla salicornia io non l'ho trovata anche se negli ingredienti dichiarati. Gli spaghettoni freddi dovevano essere con tartare di gamberi rossi e ce ne era così poco che era più un'idea di gamberi. In sé la materia prima usata si sentiva essere buona ma la sensazione che mi ha lasciato è quella di una presa in giro. Potrebbe essere gusto personale ma potere provare per smentirmi.
