Everything was fantastic, I absolutely must do it again!

For over 10 years, Ai Mulinars was our favorite restaurant, the one for special occasions, so much so that we chose it for our wedding. Then it closed, we waited and hoped, and finally we returned. We knew we wouldn't find René, but Isabel, but it was like coming home, she's a wonderful hostess. Upon first encountering the menu, we were a bit taken aback; tradition had given way to modernity, while maintaining a respect for the raw ingredients. Ai Mulinars has always had a cuisine that strives to enhance the product, and this has remained. Davide, the chef, experiments and enhances the ingredients available with perfectly executed touches of contamination. A wonderful experience... I hope we'll see you again soon.

A pleasant evening with friends in a renovated, family-friendly atmosphere. Excellent dishes prepared with well-matched pairings and accompanied by an excellent selection of wines. Highly recommended for a special evening, definitely worth a try.

After being here a few years ago, I returned. I had a great time. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was nice and clean. The price was more or less the same as other places where you'll find good quality.

Kudos to Isabel, the entire family, and the staff for maintaining Ai Mulinars's welcoming atmosphere, excellent, elegant service, and equally "homey" quality cuisine. Although more innovative than before, it still features revisited dishes reminiscent of the beloved Ottavio. He will surely be proud of you all for what you're doing! Excellent value for money! The food is original different to what I've eaten before, very tasty, the flavors compliment each other. Staff are polite and helpful. Big carpark. Price is correct for what you eat.

In September, I went for lunch with my daughter after a hike on Mount Pala. Although we arrived at the last minute, just before the kitchen closed, we were greeted with kindness and courtesy. The food was excellent. The dishes were well-prepared and the quality of the ingredients was excellent. The wine selection was well-recommended. The desserts were excellent. The prices were in line with what we ate. We will definitely return, taking our time. Regarding the location, there's nothing to complain about: it's a splendid place!
