Il pizzaiolo per essere un campano, devo dire che la pizza che mi ha fatto è come quella che ho mangiato in germania fatta da pizzaiolo tedesco. Da 0 a 10 assegnerei un 3 secco.
Consiglierei di migliorare l'impasto (lievitazione), correggere la salsa di pomodoro e utilizzare prodotti più freschi e di qualità.

On the advice of a friend, I went one evening for a family dinner, the welcome, availability and professionalism of all the staff were excellent, I had a fish-based dinner, the quality and preparation of the dishes was good (very fresh raw materials), the menu large with a varied choice, both meat, fish and pizzas. The desserts are also very good

Found by chance one late winter night returning from Germany more than ten years ago, I am now a loyal customer. When you enter they welcome you like one of the family, and make you sit in the large lounge divided into various areas where couples, families, small and large groups find their most appropriate location. The door open to the kitchen, the table displaying the excellent products of southern Italy (Gragnano pasta, extra virgin olive oil) and the fish display make you understand that the quality and range of gastronomic offerings are high. You can range from Neapolitan pizza with excellent products (buffalo mozzarella, broccoli, marinara) to the offers of the excellent restaurant and grill. Don't miss the Faraglioni appetizer (every kind of fish from raw to carpione, to various crustaceans, and to the artisanal pink sauce on which to sink the various tuna, salmon and similar tartares) or the extended version in the Ventaglio di Mare. If you are still hungry, treat yourself to some delicate spaghetti with clams and bottarga or sciagliatelli in different combinations (with crab) or the various tagliolini alla pescatora or variations decided by chef Ciro. The grilled meat and other local delicacies are also excellent. Desserts to finish, ask for the ones on the house which are excellent. Excellent coffee with house lemon. Very welcoming staff, ask them to recommend some dishes and before leaving, if you are satisfied, go and shake hands with chef Ciro.

Il personale e' cortese e disponibile, un andamento alterno sulla cucina. Scialatielli allo scoglio, alle volte ottimi, altre volte appena sufficienti. Difficile dare un giudizio. Prezzi nella norma.
