I ordered a steak and I requested it to be well done, the chef prepared it medium. The chef should never ignored the customer's requests even he disagreed with my preference. The rest of the food was great. What I am NOT happy is the service. I m used to the cheerful servers in Toronto and the US so I am surprised to find that Italian servers are often miserable and bored. The server here is miserable. She made me feel unwelcomed and I felt like I was bothering her. It took me 5 min to catch her attention so I could get the bill. She ignored me, so after a while I said 'excuse me' , she totally ignored me! I had to walk up to the counter. The server is so rude!!!!

Excellent food....friendly, helpful manager. I highly recommend it and if I were to return to Venice I would not hesitate to return. Go there and you will be satisfied. Congratulations for everything.....well done

Il Bistrot La Feltrinelli

16/03/2025: Yesterday, after seeing the LEGO exhibition, we stopped at the Feltrinelli bistro and at almost closing time for lunch, they were very kind, friendly, quick and with particular attention to my child. All the dishes were delicious!! A girl with long black hair followed us, always with a smile! Thank you very much and congratulations...
04/10/2024: Service is excellent, food is good and reasonably priced.

20/07/2024: A great place to re-experience the world of ice cream. Here you can put together your own ice cream as you wish. The selection of varieties could be larger, but the taste and service were good. There are many toppings and ways to customize your ice cream.
