Dinner during Epiphany celebrations.
The dishes tasted excellent, not overpowered by excessive salt, spices, or seasoning. Generous portions, fast service, and very kind and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

A small osteria in a beautiful village. The place is well-kept, the staff is friendly and courteous, and the menu is truly exquisite, featuring excellently prepared Ligurian specialties. Highly recommended, I hope to return soon.

A small but very quaint inn. The extremely friendly staff will welcome you with a smile and, if you've made a reservation, will seat you in one of the two dining rooms. We recommend starting with a mixed antipasto; a generous portion is enough for two people, and it will introduce you to the flavors of Liguria.
The leek farinata was truly exceptional.
We continued with the artichoke ravioli and the Genoese minestrone, both truly excellent.
We'll definitely be back; we highly recommend booking.

A varied, traditional Ligurian appetizer is a must.
Excellent first courses, second courses, and desserts.
It's a shame not to finish the meal with a good coffee (it's not served).

A charming little restaurant in the historic center of Finalborgo, serving traditional Ligurian cuisine. Despite a limited menu, each dish is crafted with great care, using excellent ingredients and delicate flavors. A special mention goes to their ravioli with "u tuccu," a typical Genoese meat sauce. A true delight! The cuttlefish with artichokes is also delicious. Highly recommended!
