Trattoria ai Celibi, a top-notch restaurant for any season. Every time I go back, I berate myself for not going more often; the quality and courtesy are above average. Prices are absolutely in line, if not downright "low" for the selection of products.

We showed up without a reservation, and the very kind staff sat us at a table under the veranda.
For starters, we had Chianina tartare with stracciatella and crostini, Angus carpaccio with sweet and sour onion, fresh mushrooms, and shaved Parmesan cheese. For the main course, cod with polenta. For a side, cabbage, apple, and walnut salad. For dessert, a mille-feuille with vanilla cream. Everything was delicious, and the bill was also reasonable!

The dishes we ordered were truly delicious! All our choices were spot on and we highly recommend them. Bigoli with duck ragu, parmigiana, and guinea fowl were super tasty and not heavy. For my daughter, tagliolini with butter and parmesan were delicious (they should be on the menu!). A special mention also for the bread basket (she had a remarkable whole wheat focaccia with onions). Well done, guys, you're a great team. You're not just another trattoria!

An absolute delight to enjoy lunch or dinner at this trattoria in the Berico Hills!! A family-run establishment with the talented Chef Gianfilippo, wonderful Camilla, Enrico, and kind family members… exceeding your expectations every time, with fresh and pure ingredients prepared in a manner true to the Veneto region. Generous portions, lovely presentation and worth the price for exceptional quality which speaks for itself. Perhaps this secret gem will also become your favorite neighborhood dining experience. Recommended 100%!!

We dined here a few times during our trip to Arcugnano, mostly due to the comfortable vibes that our hostess gave. She was a joy to interact with, comfortably speaking with us in our preferred English.
Thankfully, the weather in May began co-operating as we were able to dine outside, enjoying the beautiful scenery. All of my previous pluses were trumped by the food.
Dear Lord, the chef and his staff are quite adapt at bold flavors and subtle touches. The smoked carpaccio was a delight, with just a hint of smoke from their egg smoker. All of the pasta dishes we tried, and we ate them all, were mouthwatering. The pasta highlight was the Tagliatelle with fresh peas and bacon as impeccable.
As far as the main courses, it was much of the same. The skewer plate was delicious, with a bit of sausage, beef and local guinea fowl. My wife had the grilled rabbit which she loved. The sliced beef and potato was perfectly cooked with rosemary infused into the meat.
For the desserts, I can’t say enough good things. I had the tiramisu one night and it was devine. The second night they had a special lemon gelato with Prosecco served in a champagne flute-EXQUISITE!!
I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant, and hope to go back again before departing the Vincenze region of Italy!

Cena molto molto interessante per vari motivi: servizio molto attento e cortese, la materia prima utilizzata è di altissima qualità e lo Chef è molto molto appassionato del suo lavoro.
