Whenever we go to Puglia, wherever we are, whether for lunch or dinner, Ai Bastioni is a must. Quality food, sometimes even worth a second! The staff is friendly and always ready to pamper us with local flavors and aromas. All in a beautiful seaside setting.

Le cadre est sympa mais peu lumineux. Le service est bon, les serveurs sympathiques et connaissent bien leur carte. Les portions sont petites pour le prix, la viande est fort grasse.un petit peu déçu de la qualité ses seiches et du poulpe. Excellent chardonnay de la région à prix abordable.

16/11/2025: Simple and perfect! Breathtaking views and friendly, well-prepared service. The dishes were all perfect, authentic, local flavors cooked with love. Each dish was a surprise, and the good flavor is a signature dish. I recommend the house antipasto and the pasta alla genovese. The buffalo mozzarella is top-notch, as are the cured meats. If you're passing through, visit this place, which makes authentic simplicity its winning feature!

27/10/2025: A great experience!! We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, and what a wonderful discovery! The owner was adorable, the prices were more than affordable, and the food was delicious. We'll truly have wonderful memories of it.
