Went for dinner here on our last night in Rimini. Fantastic selection of imaginative dishes with Italian influences and local produce. Maybe slightly pricey in comparison to traditional Italian restaurants but you are definitely paying for the passion and quality! We shared two antipasti and two main dishes between the two of us. I am vegetarian but my girlfriend is not, but she felt the meal was really substantial. The waiter was very kind and friendly, who was happy to explain the dishes and kindly opened a rosé wine for us as we only wanted a glass each. Well worth a visit if you are in Rimini.

I am very stunned. This restaurant is unexpected and an absolute insider tip. At least if you don't want to eat and drink what you get everywhere, if you want to try new things, if you love the combination of tradition and modernity, if you like to eat vegetarian or vegan (although there is also meat, albeit a few Dishes). Ambiance: The dining room is dominated by a long table at which various guests are seated. Ideal for chatting with the neighbors. But there are also individual tables, especially on the upper floor. I think the facility is brilliant; a shelf filled with (wine) bottles that is built into the guest room like a “hut”. It's worth a visit for that alone. Drink: The (open) wine was a surprise. A red wine from Piceno, obviously spontaneously fermented, with the resulting somewhat unusual flavor shades. Delicate! The simple micro-filtered water also tastes good. Eat: Of course you come to a restaurant to eat, not because of the shelves :-) Here too, I was very positively surprised with every dish we tried. The asparagus lasagna doesn't taste too strong, but it's harmonious so that the asparagus flavor is still there. The chickpea balls are softer than falafel, but also a bit crunchy. But the flavor comes from a combination of pickled and fresh vegetables in the sauces, with spices and herbs that I've never had in this combination before. Then the bread from the bread basket. Simply brilliant (two varieties, homemade, at least one with sourdough). The strawberry semifreddo for dessert was prepared like in a star kitchen, the slight spiciness from the pepper was simply unbelievable. Service: Friendly, helpful, always there when you need something. Knows exactly what ingredients are used. Gives recommendations if you are undecided. Grade 1+. Price: Not cheap, but definitely worth the price.

Es war ein wunderschöner Abend! Wir hatten im Slow Food Guide von diesem Restaurant gelesen. Rimini hat mit diesem Restaurant, direkt neben dem Fellini Museum, ein wirkliches Highlight! Ambitionierte, begeisterte und kompetente Gastgeber. Slow Food as its best! Tolle vegetarische und regionale Fleisch Gerichte. (Gemüse aus eigenem Anbau, direkt bei Rimini) Wir hatten ein Roast-Lamb mit Pfirsich-Ketchup, mit Rucola, roten süß-sauer eingelegten Rübchen, leichter Mayonnaise, grünem Olivenöl. Dazu wurde ein Glas trockener Frizzantino aus der Region Rimini gereicht. Top! Spargel Lasagne mit einem Sauvignon Blanc. Frühlingszwiebeln mit Miso/Soja geröstet, rote und weiße Zwiebeln/ etwas Dill Spoja Lorda-Nudelspezialität aus der Emilia-Romagna dazu ein Sangiovese. Die Gerichte, die Weinempfehlung und der Service waren wunderbar! Alles mit viel Finesse, ausgezeichneten Zutaten und viel Liebe zum Detail. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Abend!

Tasty and enjoyable Easter lunch. All very good, I would say special. In the sense that none of the dishes resembled anything eaten before. I recommend the Erbazzone and the agnolotti stuffed with fish. I really liked the environment because it was relaxing. Pleasantly punctual service.

If you have doubts about vegetarian cuisine, I recommend this place. They absolutely manage not to make you miss the "main course" of meat or fish. The raw materials are 0 km and there is a remarkable study of the dishes... I would like to have so much creativity in the kitchen with vegetables too! The place is very nice, the idea of ​​the table in the middle is nice. The staff always friendly.
