Amazing! You can taste all the research and experimentation in the dishes I tasted. Every element of the dish is functional and has a complex flavor; the service is excellent and the location impeccable. I tried the peppers with romesco and purslane kimchi, and the stir-fried tempeh. I particularly enjoyed the chickpea tempeh made on site, with its truly delicious flavor and texture.

Delicious food, quality ingredients. The desserts are a MUST-try. The staff also pays great attention and care: Luca 👍🏻.

Cucina per lo più vegetale, in un angolino a due passi dal centro città. Location estremamente curata, intima ed accogliente. Locale in cui tornerei volentieri. Vasta scelta di vini biologici sulla carta ed ottimi padroni di casa pronti ad accoglierti al tuo arrivo. Cibo squisito e qualità prezzo decisamente adeguata. Non vedo l’ora di poter tornare!
