We lived in the little house. So we had a lot of space, both inside and outside. With the fenced garden we were able to easily let our small children play outside on their own. There is also a small playground and soccer field directly on site. For breakfast there was a large selection of sweets. From here you can make good day trips to Rome or the surrounding lakeside villages.
