Magnificent place, excellent food and top location

During our stay in Sardinia, we had the chance to discover Agriturismo Zabé, a place that will remain etched in our memories. Located in the heart of Gallura, this establishment combines authenticity, friendliness, and respect for visitors, regardless of their diet. We were traveling with family; some eat meat and pork, while others, like me, follow a halal diet. I was truly impressed by their flexibility: the staff prepared a tailor-made, entirely vegetarian dish tailored to my needs, and it was absolutely delicious. It was clear that my diet wasn't a problem, but rather a concern to ensure everyone felt included and well-served. My family members were able to enjoy local specialties, including traditional pork dishes, and everything was carefully prepared and expertly presented. Seeing everyone's satisfaction around the table was a real pleasure. The setting is splendid, between green hills and unspoiled nature, and the atmosphere is warm and family-friendly. You immediately feel welcome, as if you're staying with friends who love to share Sardinian gastronomy and culture. The dishes are prepared with fresh, local produce, and you can feel the attention paid to every detail: the quality, the flavors, and even the visual harmony of the plates. My vegetarian dish was absolutely on par with the other dishes on the table: it was delicious, balanced, and flavorful. The service is exceptional, discreet yet attentive, always ready to meet your needs without seeming intrusive or complicated. The team has succeeded in creating a shared experience where every guest, regardless of their diet, feels respected and satisfied. In short, Agriturismo Zabé is much more than just a restaurant or farmhouse inn. It's a place where inclusion, quality, and authenticity come together to offer an unforgettable experience. Whether you're vegetarian, Muslim, a meat lover, or simply curious about Sardinian cuisine, you'll find a warm welcome and exceptional cuisine here. Honestly, it was incredible. Delicious sardinian food (roast pig, homemade pasta, and much more) beautiful location and friendly efficient staff. It was about a 30 min drive from abbiadori, but the landscape was pretty, and it was nice to leave the chaos of porto cervo behind. I highly recommend this agriturismo. we've been coming to Sardinia for years and always try to eat here. I highly recommend it.

Amazing place, fantastic and welcoming staff.

We stayed at this agriturismo with a group of 20 friends. Despite having visited numerous agriturismos in Sardinia, we can say without hesitation that this is among the best. The welcome was impeccable: the staff was able to accommodate all our requests, even last-minute ones, such as adding extra seats at the table. The staff was always kind, helpful, and attentive to our needs, helping to make the experience even more enjoyable. The food was exquisite: every dish showcased the tradition and quality of the area. Special mention goes to the charcuterie board, truly exceptional, and the selection of myrtle, chosen with care and taste. The proceddu also deserves praise for its goodness and tenderness. We were all extremely satisfied and can't wait to return. An authentic, genuine experience, with attention to every detail. Congratulations to all the staff!

A unique location, a garden nestled in Sardinian stone, expertly maintained and enhanced. Set menu of typical Sardinian dishes with ingredients produced on the farm (all except bread, wine, and oil). Extremely friendly staff who welcome you and make you feel at home; a special mention goes to young Gioele, always attentive and thoughtful. Excellent value for money: €55 per person for everything we received—all excellent quality—definitely worth the trip!!!

We were hesitant to confirm the reservation, since the Zabé farmhouse doesn't accept children. In the end, we decided to go anyway—and I can say I completely agree with the management's decision: it's not a place suitable for little ones, but that's precisely what contributes to the magical atmosphere. The food is plentiful, authentic, and delicious. Everything is very rustic, but exactly what we were looking for. And the suckling pig? Simply spectacular. I highly recommend this kid-free farmhouse for those seeking authenticity, tranquility, and great cuisine.

Lovely restaurant surronded by the nature. Meat was excellant, highly recomended, fish was good. To come here you need to drive on dirt road for cca 1-2km is the only minus. Otherwise, food and service were excellent
