I stayed in this very quiet hotel with my wife and my dog, who was immediately welcomed into the structure! Quiet room, well furnished and clean! Location regarding my trip I must say that I was happy with the choice as I was 30 minutes from both Modica, Ragusa and Noto, therefore a rather strategic position! Truly top breakfast! Excellent local products, truly exceptional bread produced by Lidia, nearby cheeses which are also excellent, and the willingness to purchase lactose-free milk is to be commended, considering the low season is not to be taken for granted at all. We opted for dinner and this also confirmed the excellent idea of ​​their restaurant! Well-made and varied typical appetizers, we opted for the second course and were happy with the excellent breaded pork rib. Location surrounded by greenery that is always good for the mind! What can I say.... Every time I return to Villa Gaia I feel at home... Mrs. Lidia (the owner) is a fantastic all-round woman. She cooks like the women of the past where she puts love and passion into it....the food, in addition to being in super quantity, is the quality that makes everything good.... From the starters to the second course we got there exploding.... Then the dessert, the superlative cannoli... Excellent value for money. I highly recommend it... ❤️ 10 in all for me. The waiters were also very attentive from welcoming us to when we got up. Thanks again

Sempre impeccabile da molto tempo conosco questo posto, ma quest'anno mi sono ritrovata ad andarci da CELIACA . Spero che questa recensione serva per migliorare questo aspetto. Pranzo di natale ! Antipasto casareccio con pane condito. Io antipasto senza pane! Primo del giorno tortellini al brodo. Per me riso nel brodo. Esistono delle farine per pasta fresca per celiaci o un opzione piu veloce tutti i tipi di pasta in farmacia compresi i tortellini. Dolce cannoli ripieni. Io Nulla ! Anche un prodotto confezionato avrei apprezzato. Questo per dire che questo aspetto deve essere migliorato ! Spero la mia recensione possa far riflettere e mettere alla pari chi ha delle Intolleranze, perché non mi sarei voluta trovate al posto di una madre di un bimbo celiaco , senza l'opzione del dolce del pane e della pasta.
