We spent a week in this enchanting place. Clean rooms, perfect linen change. Abundant breakfast, fabulous fresh ricotta. Very kind staff. Surrounded by carob trees that greet you with a colony of donkeys. Mrs. Lidia's dinner was superb; fabulous ricotta ravioli. We had a room without windows, which I consider a drawback, but everything else made up for it. See you next time.

Simple and quiet location, we enjoyed the pool even though the weather was not good. The room is large with a decent bathroom, it opens onto a terrace overlooking a garden. The dinner dishes are excellent, the breakfast served buffet style is decent. The welcome is warm, the staff is friendly.

A beautiful agritourism farm, secluded, but that's what you come to a place like this for – that's its main advantage! The view is beautiful, the greenery is lush, and the pool is lovely. Dogs are welcome, and there's also a donkey pen on the property. There's a playground for children. The rooms are very large and comfortable, and the bathroom is large (although the shower leaks a bit during bathing) – equipped with everything you need. The breakfast is excellent, and you can also book a dinner with delicious local produce and homemade food. We would have loved to stay longer.

We had a truly pleasant stay at Villa Gaia, a charming farmhouse located in Contrada Gisira, in the heart of the Hyblaean countryside, just a few kilometers from Modica. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The rooms are spacious, welcoming, and tastefully furnished in a rustic style, yet without sacrificing comfort. Cleanliness and comfort were impeccable. The food is one of the property's strong points: authentic and genuine dishes are served, prepared with local ingredients and inspired by the Hyblaean peasant tradition. Every meal was a true journey through the flavors of rural Sicily. The presence of donkeys, housed in well-maintained enclosures, is also very special, adding a touch of authenticity and naturalness to the setting. In short, Villa Gaia is the ideal place for those seeking tranquility, nature, good food, and Sicilian authenticity. Highly recommended!

We just went to Villa Gaia to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. We are veterans of the place and explaining why is a must. Professionalism, courtesy, cleanliness, and... wonderful and genuine food. Absolute respect for the raw material that exudes Sicilianness from every pore. Inebriating aromas of fresh tomato, basil and many other delicacies that for years now have made us dream and return. Mrs. Lidia is an exceptional hostess and will know how to make you feel at home together with the very sweet and smiling people who work with her with passion to make every experience unique.
