L'ho visitato una sera, per un compleanno (dello stesso titolare). Ambiente curato, con varie attività. Se un giorno capiterà di visitarlo meglio (spesso è sold-out con le prenotazioni), potrò sottolineare le varie qualità. Adesso, da local guide, sono legittimato a recensire solo i ricordi, per di più sbiaditi, di quel che visionai.

11/01/2025: In the heart of Matera, this splendid and spartan tavern offers traditional dishes and an intimate, family-friendly venue. Very nice managers, superlative cook, large and vast variety of vegetarian dishes. Absolutely try the vegetables, the lying meatballs, the aubergine cutlets and the feta and aubergine orecchiette! One of the most exquisite dinners in Matera
