Agriturismo Vecchio Borgo di Inalbi, Italia In Impruneta

A wonderful place, nestled amidst olive groves and vineyards. Agriturismo Inalbi is situated in a very peaceful location, is impeccably maintained, and is a perfect place to relax. I received a very warm welcome and was given a lovely, simply furnished room. In the evening, I dined at the restaurant: a true hidden gem. The food was delicious, the service was incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere was wonderfully authentic. Not to forget the products made by Inalbi: excellent wine and incredibly delicious olive oil! I highly recommend this accommodation and the restaurant!

The place is well located: close enough to Florence, but also deeper into Tuscany, giving it a peaceful and pleasant setting. The room, while comfortable, was small and lacked a bit of that homey touch, and the bathroom was awkward. We had a slight misunderstanding with our reservation at the nearby restaurant, not because of the restaurant, where they were always friendly and helpful, but because the manager offered to make the reservation and apparently forgot. When we arrived, we didn't have a reservation for the agreed-upon time, but fortunately, we were able to resolve it thanks to the excellent service of the restaurant staff. The next day, we enjoyed the breakfast included with our stay at the same restaurant, and it was truly exquisite: varied and homemade. The meal the night before was also delicious. In short, the accommodation wasn't bad, but personally, I don't know if I would return. I think it's more of a stopover spot or ideal for those traveling in the summer who want to make the most of the pool and outdoor areas. What I do highlight is that being so close to this restaurant, you can easily enjoy its good food and service, which was one of the great advantages of the stay…

A great resort with friendly service and a good location for Florence. The reception was very friendly and helpful. The view from the pool was beautiful, and everything was very clean. Unfortunately, the restaurant that evening didn't impress us very much. We had the grilled meat and pasta with wild boar, which seemed to have been reheated and was mushy. The grilled meat with salcica, ribs, and chicken was almost inedible because it was reheated and very dry. The tomato and mozzarella starter was very good. The wine, however, was wonderful. The breakfast was also a bit lackluster.

The location is fantastic, but the rooms could definitely use some updating. First, the bathroom mixer taps are very difficult to regulate, so it's best to replace them with thermostatic taps and install a new water heater (flow-through). Second, provide separate hairdryers because the wall-mounted ones get very hot on the handles, and your hair doesn't dry. Third, provide down comforters instead of sheets. Magnificent views over the Tuscan hills. The pools are supposed to be heated, but we didn't notice much of it, and the jacuzzi is also cold, unfortunately.

My experience at the restaurant was excellent because the menu offers the best of Tuscan cuisine, from excellent appetizers to equally excellent first courses, and with the excellence of the Florentine steak, it surpasses all the competition! A little pricey, but quality comes at a price. It also offers hours of tranquility to spend in the park with its adjoining pool.

Didn't stay Dinner was excellent, the appetizers were too salty, the crepes were too salty. The pasta was good, the meat excellent, the potatoes overcooked and peppery beyond belief. The atmosphere was wonderful, 10/10.
