The location is beautiful but difficult to reach. We all chose different dishes! The portions were almost perfect. The service was forgettable...a long wait.
The bill was absolutely awful. If it's an agriturismo, it should be priced like an agriturismo, not like a semi-luxury restaurant. The dessert was tiny, and the wine, made with local grapes, was priced like a Barolo.
If it's a real agriturismo, it should respect the standards of an agriturismo! If the prices were lower, I would have recommended it, especially because, I repeat, the dishes are fundamentally good. But not like this!

It was years ago, but I still remember it.
Surrounded by nature yet just minutes from the sea, rooms are beautiful in their simplicity, and the cuisine is traditional.
Liguria in its essence.

This agriturismo is tucked away in the hills inland from Finale Ligure. To get there, you drive a few kilometers uphill, followed by a long stretch of dirt road through the woods. Despite the difficulty, the route is scenic and peaceful. We were greeted by a friendly horse and found a large, accessible (though unpaved) parking area.
The evening started beautifully under a charming pergola with a large wisteria, where we were welcomed by a young and friendly staff. The cuisine leans toward refined and slightly sophisticated, with every dish prepared with care. The presentation is thoughtful, and everything we tasted was flavorful. A special mention goes to the bread, served warm and freshly baked.
Among the highlights were the panzanella from the starters and the primo sale cheese by Aldo, one of their local producers. Prices are a bit high, though portions like the lamb main course were generous, making it feel more justified.
The interior of the agriturismo is also lovely, with an open kitchen and a large corner fireplace that adds to the atmosphere. Overall, it was a positive experience and one I’d recommend especially to those looking for something more refined than the classic Ligurian agriturismo.

We asked, with due advance notice, for a vegan menu, excellent dishes where you can feel the freshness of the freshly picked vegetables cooked in a non-trivial way. Their wine is also good. Efficient and courteous service. Prices a little high.

We were there for dinner and were able to take a tour of the vineyards and garden beforehand. The experience was truly special for me! The way they strive to work in harmony with nature is truly extraordinary. The same goes for the food – very, very good! Thank you for a wonderful evening, which I will remember for a long time, and keep up the good work!

A wonderful place. A happy island in this territory. Top location, delicious food and impeccable service. The bill? Surprising. Full speed ahead guys! I ask these guys: invade all of Liguria!

A bit of a disappointment. I had high expectations, also for the young and friendly guys who run the place. The food is quite good but expensive, especially because the plates are small. I think they get lost in trying to do things a bit too fancy (but not everyone at my table agreed with me on this point). I would have appreciated more good local and traditional dishes.
The place is very nice, even if quite difficult to reach.

A wonderful project in the Ligurian hinterland with highly ambitious cuisine of the highest quality. The very young team met at the Slow Food University in Bra, acquired the property together via crowdfunding, and now runs this outstanding project. We were treated to a spontaneously composed multi-course dinner, all vegan, and absolutely fantastic. The service was incredibly competent, and the entire team was instantly charming.

We stayed at Valleponci for four days and didn’t want to leave—it’s an absolute gem! Just a few kilometers from the city and coast, yet it feels like a peaceful, faraway oasis. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and had the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in!
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the food and wine were amazing. You could really taste the love and care in every dish. We loved sitting under the pergola for breakfast and dinner, and especially appreciated the farm-to-table concept and the focus on local, seasonal ingredients. Everything was so incredibly fresh and flavourful! They had delicious vegan options too, which were clearly pointed out. The homemade sourdough bread and granola each morning were so good—and we loved the homemade pasta as well!
The whole atmosphere is so peaceful, and the grounds are absolutely beautiful. Every night, the entire valley lit up with fireflies—it was magical and truly unforgettable.
We also rented e-bikes directly from them, which made getting to and from the city super fun and easy.
It's a little slice of paradise—and we can't wait to come back!

We stayed at Valleponci with the whole family for a few days – a small, green piece of paradise!
The hosts couldn't be more welcoming; you feel right at home, and you're greeted with a smile at breakfast that sweetens your day.
We've never experienced such good and fresh cuisine before. It was a real joy to sit down at the large table under the trees in the evening and sample the new creations.
From start to finish, it was a wonderful stay with Valentin, Gian, Pietro, and their crew, and it certainly won't be our last.
Grazie Mille ❤️
