The appetizer with cured meats made by them was excellent.
I appreciated vegetables grown in electro-culture with actual microorganisms. The salad was excellent also the escarole, the silane potatoes divine, also the first courses with meats grown on site. The roasted bacon with fries was delicious.
They are young guys who with resourcefulness set out to breed and cultivate in a beautiful land and have passed down traditions.

Excellent farm, good guys who have worked their way up, coming from the hotel industry, so they know how to deal with customers, zero kilometer cuisine, with vegetables from the garden!! Well done everyone and Antonio the all-round waiter!!!

We spent a wonderful weekend (25-26 January) with friends. The owners Giuseppe and Domenico welcomed us and made us feel at home. The children had the opportunity to have fun freely both outdoors and in the comfortable and large common areas. Excellent food and impeccable service. For us older children there is also evening entertainment with music to sing and dance to. Experience to be repeated.

Just returned from an unforgettable weekend spent in Valle del Salto. The hospitality, kindness and warmth reserved for your welcome and throughout your stay are ones you never forget and which enter straight into your heart. Giuseppe and Domenico, bucolic and very nice owners of the structure, despite their young age represent the best of Calabrian tradition and peasant culture: they love to put their customers at ease, amaze them, spoil them, in a word: make them feel at home, without paying attention at expense, not caring about business or profit at all costs. And it is the family atmosphere that reigns supreme: the dishes, excellent and all typical Calabrian, seem to be cooked by expert and wrinkled hands of southern grandmothers in unforgettable Sunday lunches; barbecues smell of memories as well as flavours, of those family gatherings around a fireplace or a brazier that satiate the soul even before the appetite. It is therefore useless to describe the individual and excellent dishes (all zero km) because to be able to fully enjoy them you will only have to experience them. "Only emotions from us" Giuseppe likes to repeat, and not only those I would add, but flavours, aromas and views that are mouth-watering. All at a ridiculously low price, almost unbelievable. Valle del Salto is everything that Calabrian food and wine tourism should offer to all its visitors: the authenticity of flavors and personal relationships.

Fully relaxing weekend. Giuseppe and Domenico are two hosts from times gone by. It's really difficult nowadays to find such good guys who make you feel at home, from your arrival until your departure. They know how to pamper you and please you properly. The food is exceptional and genuine full of typical Calabrian flavours. We can't wait to return to this beautiful farmhouse. Luigi and Samantha.

Ambiente silano molto accogliente, tutti gentilissimi. Volevamo una zuppa di legumi e benché fuori menu siamo stati egregiamente accontentati!
