We are following the cycle route of the parks of Calabria, arriving by bike at the farmhouse, welcomed in a beautiful outdoor patio. Immersed in the animals all their products, both vegetables, meat and trout. Excellent dinner, affordable prices. Run by young people who believe they are giving a future to their beautiful Calabria.

We stopped during our journey along the Ciclovia dei Parchi both on the way out and on the way back and we had a great time. Giuseppe, the owner, proved to be an exceptional guest, helpful and welcoming. The structure is beautiful and surrounded by nature. Zero km food and excellent choice of products. Warmly recommended for both travelers and those who love nature, good food and a simple and warm welcome.

The Valle del Salto farmhouse is surrounded by nature, a stone's throw from Lake Passante, and offers genuine dishes rich in flavour, prepared with local ingredients. Each course reflects the tradition and freshness of the territory. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming, making the experience even more pleasant. An ideal place for those seeking relaxation, good food and the warmth of Calabrian hospitality.

For the rooms, not very large. For the restaurant, the staff is friendly and approachable. Various flaws in the food and service, never asked for coke and wine, but they were brought anyway. Problem with wasps, outside at some tables in the courtyard. It wouldn't take much to improve.

A poca distanza dal lago Passante, in una location caratteristica ed accogliente, gentilezza e cibo di qualità a km 0 hanno reso indimenticabile la nostra giornata in Sila. Anche gli animali della fattoria sono stati una piacevole "scoperta" per i bimbi. Da provare!!!

Nell' agriturismo Valle del Salto siamo stati accolti e trattati con gentilezza dai proprietari e da tutto il personale. Il cibo genuino a kilometro 0, l'aria fresca e l'immersione nella natura fanno di questo posto un luogo ideale per una vacanza rilassante e rigenerante.

10/08/2024: Location in a strategic area near the airport. Stopped for lunch, I had octopus salad (good) and spaghetti with anchovies (failed). The guys who serve are very kind and the place is very welcoming and well-kept. Good value for money all in all. The real problem is the timing, half an hour for the pasta, so much so that I thought they had forgotten to order. The somewhat resentful restaurateur told me that they prepare everything at the moment and therefore these are the technical times. Maybe, but my pasta was also overcooked and the sauce too watery... If you don't have time problems go there, still worth a try.
07/08/2024: It's always a first viewing! Compliments for the location, goodness of the dishes and service. Top!
