Valle del Salto has now become our weekend retreat, the perfect place to unwind from the work grind. A welcoming atmosphere, impeccable staff, and every visit feels like coming home to family.

Excellent experience! The food is truly delicious: carefully prepared, flavorful dishes made with quality ingredients. A bonus for the attention to food allergies: the staff is knowledgeable, attentive, and available to accommodate any request. The quiet and relaxing atmosphere is perfect for enjoying a meal in peace. The staff is fabulous, kind, and always smiling. Highly recommended.

We chose Sila to celebrate the birthdays of two members of our "gang" and stayed at this property on a half-board basis (six adults and one child). ​The agriturismo retains an authentic and pleasantly simple feel, yet is very welcoming. This same atmosphere is reflected in the staff: we were greeted with extreme kindness, both upon our arrival at reception and during Sunday lunch. ​We were particularly impressed by the owners' great availability. Since we were "big kids," we had brought several board games with us: we were free to use the two shared lounges on the floors, spending wonderful afternoons there and continuing our evenings in total relaxation. ​Breakfast and lunch were plentiful, but above all, of high quality. Here, you can truly feel the generosity and "big heart" of Calabria. An experience we definitely recommend!

A true gem! I ate wonderfully, with locally sourced artisanal products that truly make the difference. Authentic flavors, excellent quality, and great attention to tradition. One of those places that makes you want to come back right away!

The dishes, from appetizers to desserts, are delicious, made with dedication and attention. The service is available to meet every request, and both the owners and staff are friendly and attentive. Nothing is lacking, just gratitude for the service received. It's impossible to go hungry!
