The pitch is an absolute insider tip for anyone looking for a simple but wonderful camping experience in the middle of nature. The location is fantastic, with a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains and Lake Mezzola. The pitch itself is on a simple meadow, which is why a relatively long cable is required for the electricity connection in some places. There is a relatively new toilet container and the showers are in outdoor cubicles. These are a bit older and simple, but they absolutely serve their purpose. Particularly noteworthy is the warm friendliness of the operators, who make the stay really pleasant and every now and then a chicken or the house dog runs past. A highlight is the excellent restaurant right at the campsite. There is only one menu, but it is a real treat: 4 courses including house wine for €35 per person - absolutely fair and delicious! This pitch is simply perfect for nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet.

Peaceful corner, good traditional food

A cheap place for campers in the area. The operator is very nice and accommodating. The place is still under construction, so there is still room for improvement. There is currently electricity (can be booked additionally for €5 per day), a washing place (cold) for dishes but also other cold water taps spread across the site, two covered showers (warm, good to know: €1 coins, each for exactly 3 minutes from the point of insertion, even if the water is not running), indoor toilets (currently without toilet seats for men) - but there is warm water at the sinks here. The dinner menu on offer is said to be very good and costs around 35 euros per person, including drinks. Unfortunately we didn't try it because we were self-sufficient due to intolerances. The view of the Alps is very beautiful here.

Weekend spent with friends eating and oh my goodness the food is good! Everything was delicious, the environment was quiet and the girl who served us was very kind and a very good person! We can't wait to return! 🥰

Very fine Italian food and very friendly hosts.

We were on the pitch with our camper. We had one of the pitches in the lower part. It is very quiet and comfortable to stand there. Unless the helicopter comes to fly the tourists and supplies up to Val Codera, which happens during the day. We were there for 3 nights and ate the great menu once. Is recommended if you are very hungry. At Morfen we had shade, which was very pleasant given the high temperatures. The 2 showers in the annex to the supply hut are definitely in need of renovation. A total of 3 sinks, one of which is hanging in the new toilet container, is also a bit small. The sink area should also be freshened up a bit and provided with hot water. Everything is sufficient but simple. 20€ + 5€ electricity + 1€ each. Showering for 3 minutes is not exactly small compared to other places. However, I would rate the friendliness with 5 stars. We didn't stay, we only had dinner downstairs, made from beautiful fig trees and grape plants, we ate delicious pizzoccheri, very kind staff, excellent prices, highly recommended.
