Very nice farmhouse. We stayed here just one night, great service, clean, beautiful and welcoming rooms. And for animal lovers, every now and then little kittens appear together with a dog🤩.

The San Gallo farmhouse is located just outside the center of Bormio on the road that leads to Premadio in a very quiet setting with a beautiful view. We stayed 2 nights in the very welcoming Skier room, the only defects being the lack of a wardrobe and the room being a little hot even with the heating at minimum (it's true that these were particularly hot days despite the month of December). The breakfast was good and sufficient to face a day in the mountains. We also tried the restaurant that offers Valtellina dishes, nothing in particular to criticize but given the prices we could dare a little more, the choice in Bormio is wide and given the particularity of the structure perhaps the menu could be varied a little. All the staff are kind and accommodating. Recommended for a relaxing weekend in Bormio!

We have eaten at this restaurant a couple of times and I can now confirm that there will not be a third. The place itself is nice, especially during Christmas there is a nice atmosphere. The menu appears sophisticated, with refined dishes that raise expectations. In reality, however, it is bullshit. The dishes aren't that great, in fact... they disappoint to a certain extent. I would suggest making simpler dishes as you have to be able to dare with certain dishes.

We were there for dinner and loved the restaurant: a friendly welcome, a great selection of local dishes and a nice atmosphere. We look forward to coming back when we are in Bormio again.

My experience as a reviewer as a frequenter of restaurants and hotels (I travel a lot for work reasons) leads me to express my positive opinion regarding the San Gallo restaurant. The welcome is courteous, the table service polite, the cuisine of a good standard with interesting dishes. Compliments !

Mid-August lunch. Fixed menu 50 euros. Without drinks. Above average, but refined and particular foods. Nice, quiet place. Beautiful day.

Siamo rimasti 4 notre. La structura è bellissima. Tranquilla, ma non lontana del centro di Bormio (15 minuti a piedi). Bellissima vista sugli Alpi. Abbiamo dormito nella camera “contadino”. Le camere sono confortevole e molto pulite, con un atmosfera moderna e rustica, che ci è molto piaciuta. La colazione era buona, ma eravamo delusi dalla qualità dei succhi di frutta. Il personale è molto cordiale. Abbiamo preso la cena solo una volta: il prezzo è un po’ alto per la qualità.
