Everything has already been perfectly described in one review here, but if it's exactly what I'm looking for, you can read it all again. "Hotel": The location is positive if you want to go to Gardaland, Movieland, or other activities. There's also a Lidl or Aldi nearby, about 2-3 kilometers away. Keep in mind, though, that the access roads are the same as they were 40-50 years ago, which means they're only a single car wide and in rather poor condition. So, if you have a lowered vehicle or other modifications, it can be tricky if you encounter oncoming traffic. The access road to the hotel is a typical fine gravel road like you'd find on German forests and hiking trails, with endless dust. The breakfast is okay, nothing special but not bad either. The rooms, on the other hand, are a highlight if you want to travel back to the 80s. Rustic and worn, in my opinion, everything there needs a proper renovation. I don't need Wi-Fi; it's rather difficult for those who can't manage without it, or for children and teenagers. The network and password that were listed in our folder in the apartment simply didn't exist in the room, and other families complained about it too. So this should be an important point in your family life in 2025... Don't bother, it's cell phone detox time there. The grounds themselves are quaint, but you can't really do much there except use the spacious pool. There are plenty of loungers available. Unfortunately, there are often, or even daily, day visitors, so not just hotel guests!!! It can get loud, for birthdays, water fitness meetings, etc. You can get ice, water, beer, etc. from the pool bar and add it to a trusted list. Prices are rather expensive for a hotel in the middle of nowhere, but that's okay. Like everything in life, it's a matter of opinion.

A great location, close to Peschiera del Garda, yet secluded enough to relax without the crowds. The pool is definitely its biggest advantage, after the professional and friendly service. This is a wonderfully managed vacation property.

Beautiful agriturismo just a short distance from Lake Garda. It's wonderful to return to the peace and quiet after a day spent at the bustling Lake Garda. Friendly staff, a lovely pool, a good breakfast, and a spacious apartment with a nice, large kitchen for those evenings when you don't feel like eating out. We stayed here last year and now we're back for five nights during our travels. We'll definitely return if we ever return to Lake Garda.

Beautiful complex - rooms in need of much improvement! As a family with two children, we spent five nights in a studio apartment at this property. We particularly enjoyed the beautifully designed complex – full of Italian flair. Our children had a great time in the pool, which was a real highlight and where we enjoyed spending time often. We also found the concept of the drinks fridge by the pool, from which you can easily help yourself, very practical and pleasant. The breakfast could be improved a lot – fruit and vegetables were fresh, which we were very pleased with. However, the sausage, cheese, and butter would sit unrefrigerated for up to three hours, even at room temperatures of up to 30 degrees Celsius. The baguette was dry and seemed stale. They could offer white bread here. We got our own rolls. The coffee is, quite frankly, a disaster for Italians. You can drink it, but it's still a disaster for Italians. The staff is very friendly, always approachable, and helpful. That deserves full marks. A small suggestion for improvement: Avoid using leaf blowers at the pool early in the morning during breakfast. Aside from the fact that the work wasn't entirely understandable, a broom would certainly have been sufficient and made the start to the day more pleasant. Our studio itself, unfortunately, didn't quite meet our expectations. Unfortunately, it's often the little things that add up to a negative impression. The unused refrigerator had mold on the rubber. We had a second refrigerator in the apartment. Why the other one wasn't disposed of is beyond comprehension. The mattress was not in good condition, and the kitchen was missing many important utensils, such as glasses and sufficient cutlery. The pots – without lids – were also not fully functional – the handles were loose. There was no colander for pasta. The extractor hood didn't work. The control panel was missing, so you could see the cables. I don't mess around with electricity! The sofa was saggy, and the coffee maker didn't work. When we pointed out the coffee maker, we received only a thank you. There was no replacement device. Furthermore, Wi-Fi reception in our room was virtually nonexistent. If it's advertised, it must be there. The heater in the bathroom was damp and dripping slightly. In our opinion, a studio apartment is not recommended for four people! It's too small and uncomfortable. Despite these points, we enjoyed our stay, especially outside on the beautiful grounds. With investments in many small but important things in the furnishings and maintenance of the rooms, this place could truly be a little vacation paradise.

Lovely agriturismo away from the tourist hustle and bustle of Lake Garda. The rooms are simply but functionally furnished. Families should opt for at least an apartment. The studios are very small and noisy. The air conditioning works excellently. The exterior blinds could use some servicing, as most of them are jammed or broken, which consumes a lot of energy to cool the rooms in the sunlight. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and basic appliances, and there's a refrigerator with an ice compartment. You can ignore the flat-screen TV and simply leave out those camping tablets that are called TVs, since you'd rather spend your time by the spacious pool or exploring the region anyway. The worn-out "sofa beds" (seen in several rooms) also urgently need replacing. You can neither sit nor sleep comfortably on them. When booking, make sure you get proper beds, which, in a country-style setting, are just about okay and often complain about their spring core in your back. Otherwise, there are dining chairs and a large dining table for comfortable family meals. The patio furniture is also fine, but the "metal on stone" noise is sure to keep some guests awake. Wi-Fi reception is only available in a few rooms, but you're on vacation and can happily do without it. If you can't do that, you're definitely in the wrong place. The apartments are clean and serviced daily by room service – perhaps a bit excessive, but cleanliness is very important. The other furniture is typical Italian: ancient, cozy, and wonderfully warped, so it's best to live out of a suitcase. But that's what we've found at all the agriturismos so far. The pool is very large and well-maintained, with plenty of parasols and loungers, a small self-service bar, a badminton/volleyball net, and a ping-pong table. You can also order food from the restaurant and have it brought to the pool area. This can also be booked for local guests and events, which can result in parties that last well into the night. Even if you get the wrong room near the pool, it can't be described as family-friendly, but while we were there, it only lasted until 11:30 at night. The staff is very friendly and helpful, but only in English or Italian. Breakfast is included in the price, but this could also be improved. Generally, there is a small but adequate selection, but there is enough of everything. However, all the food at the buffet is stored unrefrigerated, which is simply not acceptable given the temperatures there. The sausage probably goes straight into the trash almost every day, and cheese, butter, and milk, which have been left in the room for a long time, can only be disposed of immediately when not used. This is neither sustainable nor particularly attractive. A simple refrigerated trolley, as is common in hotels, or at least a tray of ice cubes under the plates would solve the problem immediately. The bread is also very dry, and the coffee, frankly, is a disgrace for Italians. Many other establishments can do this better for the same price, or you can forgo the surcharge and instead go to local bakeries or cafés in the area. However, they pay close attention during breakfast to ensure there's enough of everything, which is commendable. There are plenty of parking spaces. Unfortunately, since it's a very dusty sandy lot, which is regularly treated completely senselessly by the caretaker with a gasoline-powered leaf blower, you should treat your car after your vacation like it's just driven through a desert 😉 Because of its proximity to Lake Garda, Gardaland, Verona, Milan, and Venice, the complex offers a great starting point for exploring and relaxing at the same time. We had a great time there and could have appreciated it even more with a few improvements. Bicycles can be rented free of charge on site.

Beautiful place. Old farmhouse excellently restored. Spotless rooms. What was missing, although it depends on your point of view, was a TV. Attentive and present service. At breakfast there is the possibility of savory and sweet options. The swimming pool is beautiful and overall the whole area around the complex is well looked after and maintained. The tranquility is exceptional.
