We really enjoyed our stay at Francesco's: the view, the pool, and the room were superb. The proximity to major roads and Massa Marittima is ideal. We will definitely return!

Great accommodation with a breathtaking view. There's a pool, and the rooms and apartment are superbly equipped. Francesco and his team spoiled us with regional delicacies. We were able to relax by the fire pit for a cozy get-together, and breakfast was also good. I highly recommend the house's own olive oil; I already regret only buying two bottles. Oh, pizza from the house's own oven – rumor has it it's the best in the area :D The service was friendly, and various excursions can also be booked at reception. We went on a wine tasting as a group. They also have two or three sun loungers on a nearby beach reserved for guests. Just ask.

It's like a little paradise! The food is so fresh and you will not have a hangover after that breakfast!! It's also very private, clean and well kept. Host is friendly and they have comprehensive selection of knowledge about the area and beaches near by! They are also very flexible and service is great. Recommend 100%! Also there is outdoor kitchen where i ate the best pizza of my life! The dough recipe is a secret so you can't have that anywhere else.

We had the most amazing stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely stunning with gorgeous views all around and a peaceful, authentic vibe that made us feel instantly relaxed. Our room was super comfortable and beautifully decorated, with lots of lovely little touches. The food was a total highlight—everything was fresh, local, and absolutely delicious. We’re still dreaming about the pasta and morning pastries! What really made the stay special were the hosts. They were incredibly kind, generous, and full of great tips for things to do in the area. Thanks to them, we discovered some hidden gems and had experiences we never would’ve found on our own. If you're looking for a place in Italy that has beauty, charm, and truly wonderful hospitality—this is it. Can’t wait to come back!

Super nice mini hotel (5 apartments) with a pool. The owner built an outdoor kitchen, and serves a fantastic pizza or steak from there. Really pleasant staff. Tip: book directly, not via a platform.
