Cuisine that is characterized by being absolutely typical but, despite the great variety of courses, not heavy. Starters, first course with homemade pasta, second course, fruit salad and dessert, plus coffee and bitters. Complete meal, and excellent. The road to get there is a bit bumpy, very doable on normal days, perhaps to be careful when it rains. Avoid machines that are too low.
