The variety and accuracy of every single dish is surprising, each of these accompanied by the professional presentation by Mrs. Ignazia, the true hostess, who welcomed us from the first telephone consultation, to our arrival at the farmhouse, with kindness and enthusiasm. Welcomed by a breath of fresh lemon and Ignazia's friendly smile, we pleasantly spent almost four hours at the table savoring each dish served with kindness and with an explanation of all the ingredients strictly of home production. From the very special aperitif to the numerous appetizers to digestives, it was a journey back in time, ancient dishes with some revisitation, decorated with wild herbs and pomegranate seeds. All punctuated by never long times in a welcoming environment heated, as well as by a crackling fireplace, by the sense of family that could be felt. Everything excellent, everything genuine and zero km. Congratulations. Highly recommended.
